Food was delicious and people are friendly good job guys.

The help couldnt have been any more rude. I actually had to ask the young lady if she was angry with me. Terrible experience. If you want to to be abused, go there.

The chicken sandwich combo was great with a baked potato. Quick drive thru. A fast, healthier option for lunch.

If you are hungry and want fast service go to Wendys. Its just okay.

Preferred fast food for salad and chicken sandwiches

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru line for a Mobil order and then the food wasnt even made the way I requested it

Asked girl to clean table never did one butter for two baked potatoes one potatoe bad not happy at all

Fries are a hit or miss... depends on the day of the week.

This Wendy’s is always busy but they are almost always able to move the Drive thru pretty quickly. I have been going there for years. They do lock their doors so no inside ordering between 8:00pm-9:00pm but the Drive thru remains open.

Large chili is small & wasnt filled all the way.

Excellent restaurant. The staff were positive, the food was darn good, and the atmosphere pleasant. The bathroom (menswas in good shape. The restaurant seemed quite clean, although there wasnt a mad rush while we were there. All-in-all a good visit!

Nice Wendys. Clean and new. Like every other fastfood place theyre super busy and forget stuff, so check on the important stuff and theyll make it right.

NO🙅‍♂️ MORE JR. BACON 🥓 CHEESE 🧀BURGER🍔 with my 4 4 4😤 WHAT IS THIS😭 needed to get a normal cheese 🧀burger 🍔 with my 4 4 4. Hi C fruit punch 👊 and DONT FORGET NO ONIONS 🧅 or mustard😤. Also, WHAT IS A Biggie 😃 bag 🎒. Chocolate 🍫frosty gave me the chills 🥶. Fries 🍟were S O G G Y 💧 when I was GUARANTEED crispy. Avocado 🥑 and bacon 🥓 salad 🥗 was yummy 🤤. Nugs were solid 🪨 but a few for forgotten 🥲.

Excellent all around. I have a gluten allergy and got the baked potato with chili. Family got burgers and fries. Polite service and food was great.

Totally dissappointed.Especially since Ive been going to this Wendys for years and over the past few have stopped. Tonight once again proved why...Im glad I went into the store front to order so I can see the true makings of the food being prepared. NO hair nets, yet individuals had hair passed their rear, near fryers and hanging over food itself. Not safe for them or for the consumer. Employees not changing gloves while wiping / holding their faces and placing hands in pocket while preparing food on the line. Some werent wearing gloves at all when preparing particularly by the dry station. Soggy food upon being provided. Completely unsanitary and irresponsible. A simple CORE and health inspections would instantly cause a lot of individuals to be without a job. But perhaps a valuable lesson on food safety and respect. Will not go again moving forward.

We went during rush hour, lunch time however their service was not affected. My food came out good and presentable. The temperature was good as well. Great Wendy’s.

ASST MANAGER@drive up window, GOT MY ORDER WRONG AND GAVE ME THE DOUBLE FINGER AFTER I SAID I WILL LEAVE A REVIEW, had to drive up to window to complete order as it must have been her 1st WEEK there. Became a little bit of a inconvenience. After waiting for order to be corrected, I saw her grow a little angry,, not my fault.The $5 value GETS CONFUSING, FOR THEM . Will NOT eat there again.

i have never made a review for any type of food, let alone wendy’s, but let me just say this place NEVER misses. every time i come here, even when i can’t get what i wanted, these people make the most delicious fast food i have every experienced. it is 10pm, i doordashed a potato and salad for myself and food for my sister, and it still came hot. the potato was so good and my salad was exactly how i asked. whenever i go the people are incredibly kind, and get me in and out of the drive thru SUPER quick with amazing food! genuinely, this wendy’s will always be my go to. i know this is a lot of rave for a fast food place, but i’m drunk as hell. and this wendy’s has never failed me so. here ya’ll go

Seems everytime I go here they either cant make my sandwich right or give me all my food and worst part is I have been going to this wendys for years and uts went downhill anymore

They got my sandwich wrong not once be 3x. The first one was made wrong. Order and number 8 and they gave me a number 1 sandwich. The second one went to the wrong person.Got my sandwich the third time around. Waiting about 10 to 15 minutes to eat. By the time I got my sandwich my family was have way done eating theirs.

My boyfriend just went to the drive through with his friend and ordered over 50$ of food for me him, his friend, and my friend. we ordered 3 baconator fries and 2 came like this and the other was even less. they also got our baconator orders wrong.

I wanted to surprise my Husband while I was out grocery shopping later than expected one night. I went through the drive thru around 11:30p.m and got his favorite, Chili with extra cheese and onions, with a large fries to go with it of course!

It amazes me when the staff knowingly serve cold fries and nuggets.They made good,which they always do,but the inconvenience of it all ticks me off ,which is almost every time I order a $5 biggy bag .

The young lady that was working evening shifts and severed are foor was really nice and gave us a few things as well all because she forgot to put something in the bag and it was not big at all and the fax they were way pass there closing time and did not rush us or tried to get us to I will say everytime me and my wife and kids go there they are one point keep it up

The young man working the drive thru tonight deserves a raise! I drove off before taking back my credit card and he ran out of the store and across the road to give it back to me.

Delicious meal. My Wendys order of a Spicy Chicken sandwich combo was very hot and delicious. It was noticeably exceptional quality.

I dont enjoy fast food but once in a while its quick and simple and Wendys is the chain i dislike the least, nothing against the staff or anything because theyre usually nice

I went through the drive thru last night and ordered baconator fries. This is what I got. Couldn’t even go in to have them make it correctly cause they weren’t open. If you’re too lazy to do your job correctly maybe find a new one.

Why is the drive thru only open? This is why everyone is fat and lazy in this country because the fat and lazy employees dont want to unlock the door. I guess someone must have lost the key, what a joke fast food is anymore, im glad im not addicted to it....

I am so disgusted with the customer service at this Wendys. We ordered 2 apple pecan salads with grilled chicken (not cheap), 2 fries, 2 frosties, 2 Large drinks. Drove home. The salads were rancid. Spoiled so badly that the lid was bubbled. We called immediately to tell the manager. We couldnt drive back up tonight, so the "manager" offered no solution. We had no dinner.

This is a great example of the pandemic effecting the supply chain. Buns are low tier compared to what they were pre-2020, food is tasteless, and items that are being discontinued are still being sold, missing the ingredients. Take it off the menu and stop charging people if the items arent there. Wendys used to be king, but now.. *sad violin plays*, no bueno.

I enjoy Wendys but the advertise they open at 6:30 but they are not able to serve you. This has happened twice and I know know not to stop that early. They need to change their open times.

Very subpar experience the sandwich I ordered was extremely average in terms of its delivery taste etc. French fries were underwhelming not really crisp and tasted average. Havent been to Wendys in many years and now know I wont be going back

I ordered food through the app and went in to pick my order up. The young man who tended to my order was so lovely. He verified my order and hes absolute perfection. I said it. Quite possibly the best associate interaction in a fast food restaurant that Ive ever experienced. I dont know his name and I wish I had taken the time to ask it. The experience was fantastic. Great job!

They were definitely having a bad day. The drive thru for lunch was 6 cars deep and it took 25 minutes to get to the order speaker. But the food was good. They could have had issues with understaffing.

Horribly rude male manager. Restaurant was not busy (as in one car in lineand due to having an over sized RV asked worker who was outside if I could go in (since lobby is still closed even though website says it’s open)and she said to just walk up to window instead. Angry male at window exclaimed that this was unacceptable as “everyone else would want to do this too” and could not serve me even though only one other car was around. As I walked away he agreed to serve me by yelling at me asking what I wanted. Fortunately there was a kind girl behind him who helped me order and pay. Maybe you should up date your website or lose the attitude dude- no need to get angry.

Worst service of any drive thru. Spent half an hour on line to be told to wait for a nearly 5 minute moment. This place is pathetic. Management is non existent. Workers walking around like zombies. Looks like maybe 2 out 10 people actually working. I wont be coming back to this location.

No customer service experience what-so-ever. Waited in line inside for over 12 minutes. Girls taking order was absolutely miserable, no smile, serious attitude problem. They focused more on mobile orders, she did not care that she kept people waiting and 4 other people walked out. When a place is busy, it is all hands on deck and most importantly CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I typically order through the app, and one day I accidentally took the chicken off of my chicken sandwich. I was really dissatisfied, and went back the next night, and the staff remembered that I made the mistake the night before. They put two chicken breasts on my sandwich that night, and I have never been happier with a fast food experience.

Great store, with Friendly service. We did have one problem with our order (which we did not realize until we got homeWendys not only apologized for the problem, they Re-made the entire order, plus they gave us a free combo meal. We go to this Wendys aprox. every 2 weeks, when my son comes over, and will continue to do so. Definitely a company that cares about their customers!!!

If I could give it a zero believe me I would. Ive been to countless Wendys and this is the only location that seems to struggle with performing their jobs. A 30 minutewait time should not be standard particularly for fast food. The staff is far beyond incompetent at this location. If youre really hungry for Wendys theres one in middletown and by the time you get there since theyre actually a functioning restaurant youll still save on time than wasting a better part of an hour trying to get your order placed here

Well, my issue with any fast food is the drive thru. The menu is where you order. Since I dont frequent fast food establishments very often, I need to read the menu, while the inside person is saying "may I help you" and they have 15 seconds to serve me. I suggest menus before the ordering station.

Passed threw here while traveling to North Carolina and I was really impressed. Staff was quick and food was hot. The place was really clean and cozy even had a nice couch TV combo where I could feed the baby while the kids ate with dad. Bathrooms were also really clean and stocked.

Always clean and staff extremely nice. Newly remodeled.
