I instructed WCM to give my newly purchased secondhand trailer a safety & roadworthiness check prior to a 250 mile journey. They advised it only required new wheel bearings on the rear axle which they duly fitted. On delivery the haulier pointed out the drawbar & handbrake was seized solid with rust & did not work - therefore it had no brakes. On inspection of the work on the rear axle there were no hubseals fitted so grease was thrown around the brake chamber & the adjusting bolts & wedges were missing. I have contacted West Coast Marine with this & images of what was found but they refuse to communicate or discuss. I did not give any budget for this job & would have been happy for any works to be carried out. this was a serious safety issue & should never have left their workshop.

Have a 20 foot regal 1900 and we have stored it there for 10 years this year. The service if phenomenal with friendly staff always greeting you with a smile . The winter storage is also fantastic with no damage on the boat every time. Carter Parry
