Had them store my Pontoon over the winter. It was floating when they pulled it and when they put it back in it sank.Both toons were leaking. when I called them for help I got "cant help you our welder quit 2 hours ago" they then send me the bill for putting it in and when I called to question it i get "Can you prove we did the damage." and " Old boats just crack like that sometimes" when I questioned that both toons at the same time they said that does seem odd. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would not recommend using them for transport or storage.

Excellent service from Brian for a week pontoon rental for our family. A place popped up to rent so this was all very last minute and they made the process easy. We had one tiny issue and the service guy was out right away. The whole process of meeting them at the public access and dropping off was very smooth. The pontoon wasnt perfect but it worked exactly for what we needed. I would highly recommend West Lake Boat and their team.

when i called they told me they would check out my 1989 merc. after driving all the way up there the service manager tells me no its to old they wont even look at it. when i asked him why he straight out said "because i dont want too." i got much better service from there competitor in town.
