Always love hitting up walmart! I got approved for a Walmart Credit Card so Ive been going more than usual. I had to come to get my eye glasses fixed yesterday. They were quick to help me and were able to switch my frames out right on the spot FREE of charge. BLESSING!

Great place to get what you want when you need it.

Went to Buff City Soap Co and was delighted with the store and its products. Helpful salesperson who spoke very quickly and I asked her to slow down so I could understand, she did so willingly. Wonderful products and visit there too.

Needed additional check-out cashiers, standing in line did not make this an enjoyable experience. Finding the item I needed was discovered only after asking the third employee.

A Walmart is a Walmart is a Walmart. Plenty of products, people and parking.The only variant is location. My most recent visit had some entrance construction/repair in progress. It seems a vehicle driven by an inpatient customer was in dire need of a cell phone charger and made a decision to just drive through the locked doors to the respective aisle; ya know quicker than waiting for the store to open the next morning.

I love visiting the square. The Kroger is always clean,fully stocked,and has speedy check outs. Hallmark store is a dying breed but so cozy and friendly.Walmart is walmart

Walmart has one entrance busted and boarded up....not a great look !!!

Was crowded and only had 2 registers open. Went to self checkout and got it done ✅

This location is unsafe and Ive gone here since I was a child. Its Walmart and its in the same parking lot as a police station and people have been killing one another on their door step.Shoppers beware.I still shop here but have been lucky not to he there during an incident.

Going in the store at the early hour was so calm and pleasant. Was able to find everything I needed along with no wait check out. Very nice this morning

This place needs to be cleaned up. The paints peeling off the building and it just looks unkept.

They almost had everything that I needed, and why is the money order machine always down!! It just as bad as the McDonalds ice cream machine!!

I go to this Walmart cause its the only one in our area but this store needs an upgrade and needs more cashiers especially around closing time.

My hubby brought me here and I think we did some shopping? Idk it was a little bit ago but I would go back here.

Only go here if necessary, overcrowded and unorganized, and dont go if you are in a hurry because you will be disappointed,lines are long to check out

Starting to be uncaring staff are starting to display nasty attitudes this place needs a makeover and a manger that really cares to clean up they mess.

So messy always dirty workers not cleaning lots carts every where no workers knows where nothing is in the store just sad and bad area all together 😠😠😠

Went to Walmart to pick up a few things and then went to Krogers and picked up a few things for Mothers Day for others

Try not to shop at Walmart anymore...dont like their selfishness. Just do your employees right, set the fair, living wage standards for your employees!

Place is almost always crowded sliders dirty if you can go to another Walmart thats probably best to go there other than that though you cant really say anything bad about it except it isnt like your family-oriented Walmart

Its about the same old place with a few new places. The shoe stores arent the same no more for adult men just no Jordans in sight and the ones they do have are garbage for real. But I wont let that give me the plaza low stars cause they got alot of options for the kiddies. One of decent gold stars in the lot still standing also.

This is a nice place to shop at Walmart Krogers all-in-one... Nice place.

They have a Sally Beauty supply here. Once upon a child. Tanning place. Great clips. An awesome candy store. Krogers. A bank. Right across the street is Western hills plaza. This place is great.

Several new stores have been introduced to the square and it’s been busy. There’s Target, Old Navy, Bath and Body, and now Pet Smart, just to name a few. There’s several restaurants Texas Roadhouse, Panda Express and more. There’s something for everyone and on the bus line, if needed. There are lots of other stores around and even a Kroger across the street. Parking is really the only issue, because there’s not a lot depending on which area of the square you’re shopping, but the walkway store to store is covered in most areas except for the few restaurants in the front section which are separated. I frequent the area because of the variety and leave individual reviews of the stores I use.

You know Wal-Mart by now. Convenient place to shop and everything you need. Every Walmart I see needs to restock their PS4s though.

Last time I will visit this particular Walmart. I cant believe how much this location has declined. Shocking how much trash was strewn all over the parking lot; it was everywhere.

I only go there because they normally have a pretty quick in and out oil change but I made the driver only to find a sloppy hand written note saying they were closed today I wish they were able to post it on the web site as that may save someone else making the drive because as I was getting in my car another car pulled up and I told them that they were closed

I readily found the items I needed, at good prices, but I dont really feel safe in that store, in that neighborhood.

Salty that petsmart is moving its in between my other 2 favorites kroger and walmart but Im excited to see what the new store and location bring! The staff as always are awesome and very friendly.

They are the worst here. Rude employees with attitude. Want to take your money but its hell trying to get it back even with a receipt. Its ridiculous. What happened to the customer is right? Guess they didnt get the memo!! I will go out of my way to go to another store to not deal with the people at this location. Even some customers are rude and loud. What a shame.

This has become my favorite Walmart even with all the bad talk and judgments of the locations it by far is the cleanest one in the tristate ! Also they have the biggest selection all the way around and also stay stocked on it all to! Staff is friendly and the security guys always joke with my son which he loves that! So way to go Ferguson Wally Im proud to shop here always ! Keep up the grind yall doing a great job!

It is a good place to shop but they really really need to keep their parking lot clean. The whole shopping center is filthy on the outside.

Long limited lines.Stacks of products in the aisles.Lack of assistance from the staff.Greeters talk more to one another , neglecting to greet the customers.Shelves not restocked often.No more falling prices,prices on most items unreasonable.

Was disappointed when the store quit allowing customers in 50 mins before the store closed on Christmas Eve. Many upset customers. However, I got lucky as I had. Pick up order and they did bring out my items. The girl who helped me even found my 2nd order. Very helpful and friendly.

i went to Kroger this time to shop and it was a nice experience the produce was very fresh and bananas ..i did seem to spend a little more but not much..

If customer service was better then Id give better rating!! But they can be rude. Theres no problem taking my money but if i need to return an item its like pulling teeth! They treat you as if its stolen or your bothering them from doing their job, the paycheck they supposedly work for!! Right people!!!! Thanks.

It took over two hours to return a battery bought a year ago . I was just exchanging it for a good one. The manager seemed okay to certain customers giving a upgraded tire for road hazard but gave me hell on the battery. One of the ladies came from the front and taught them how to do an exchange . I would probably pick a different walmart ?

The outside parking area is in desperate need of cleaning... trash everywhere! I dont mean todays trash, I have been there many times and it always looks trashy... SWEEP UP ONCE IN A WHILE!

Dirty and depressing. The whole shopping center; Kroger, Walmart, Hallmark, Petsmart.... Its completely unnecessary for them to make all of that money and have such a disrespectful, health hazardous atmosphere. Just go anywhere else.... Target, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Lowes, Home depot, another Kroger is all right up the street within a 1-5mile stretch. I would even rather go to the thrift store across the street instead.

They are always out of what you need, and they NEVER have EVER had the promo/free items that they advertise like in Ibotta or free item finder. I find that only a very small percentage of the stores customer service skills are in effect 🤨🤨

I visited Kroger. 2 open registers. 7 customer carts each, you scan line crazy... Pharmacy understaffed and seriously needing help! My goodness, what has happened to my Kroger store?

I love the Walmart store. Its big tons to pick from. Kids area I think is a good size for all kid ages. They always have what I need.. Only thing I hate is when people and I dont know why but they act trashy & ghetto & violent.. There is more of that than a person that just talks and acts nice in there. Only thing I ever do is walk past someone faster or not talk to them. Because them people alot of them are crazy. I try to go there not often because of them people. I dont no how Walmart can control them. It makes them look bad

This is my go-to Wal-Mart for food, household items etc. However if you are looking for electronics then its best to check another store first or online to see if its there. Ive never had personal conflicts here but ive seen a few but nothing that the employees can not handle. Oh and they have a really good versatile clothing variety such as Hispanic and Indian clothing etc.

The parking lot and store is always a chaotic mess. Miss Shelby is a cashier there and she is awesome! She deserves 5 stars herself. She informed me the ins and outs of the warranty. She also checked a man, real quick, for getting too close to my daughter during the Covid-19 pandemic. She demanded that he back up but said it in a stern, yet polite way. He listened! Ha ha!! Shes awesome. She didnt have to do that, but it was very much appreciated!! He was definitely invading our personal space enough to where it was making my daughter uncomfortable. This lady deserves a raise. She works hard and goes above and beyond her call of duty. Ive never met her before in my life. I may write headquarters simply because I was THAT impressed.
