Westwood Village in Weber County

I love this community so pretty and well maintained. The people are so nice and friendly.

To be honest, I just visited this place to service window washing a home for my work. The neighborhood looked decent enough. Quiet with a touch of homey living. The 5 stars is based on other trailer "villages" Ive been to. There are certainly more ritzy HOAs to consider.

Good place to leave if you can do away with their management. Too much favoritism here. If you dont day or do anything keep to yourself you should be okay.

Dont go there they dont help you at all

Well maintained age based mobile home community. One of those places where everyone waves at you.

Quiet and no children playing in the streets like the park I live in. Everybody takes care of their yards as well.

We moved in to the park in May & we are very satisfied with the way it is run & how most all of the residents really try hard to keep their places looking good. This is an age restricted park and one of the reasons we decided to move here

Really nice place for Srs to live

I love living here! Best move Ive ever made. Met some awesome people, love using the pool, hot tub and excersize room. We have a lot of activities as well. The Management team keeps us informed and are very helpful.

The Rents in this place as well as others are overly priced, Utah is very expensive state to live in, not worth the hassle of living in this state at all.

Rude staff I worked for a lady that lived there I was testing her new sprinklers that I just put in and they came by and yelled at me for watering in the day time I would never live there

Westwood Village is the nicest manufactured home community in the Ogden area. The residents are great, very friendly. There are many social activities to participate in. You can be as active and involved as youd like. Rent does go up, as do ALL the other manufactured home communities. (Call and ask them what their increases have been the last few yearsRent includes water, sewer and trash. Drive through the other communities, then drive through Westwood Village. Youll see the difference.

Its a really good neighborhood. Under amazing maintence. Really nice and welcome people. Fun activities at the club house.

Clean park. Seems a little pricey but overall a good little community.

Great place to live.

Im new to park and like it. However many people telling me they raise rent yearly too much and soon many wont be able to afford it. I am now concerned about how long we can afford to stay. Checked out other parks in area and this is way above cost at nearby parks for less. Monte Vists $350 with TV, water, Garbage and sewer. Wow/wish I had known, no wonder people move out.

This is a relatives clean place. Easy to get around while driving. People are friendly I think the family could have a good time or if you were by yourself just needing a long time I think you can get that as well. Overall pretty comfortable.

Westwood Village is a pleasant place to live. The neighbors are kind and helpful and its quiet unless its lawn mowing day, :. Everyone keeps their places looking nice and the office managers are friendly and helpful. Ive lived here almost two years and enjoy the feeling of being safe and the sound of the song birds.
