Chilli cheese burger sucks, took one bite, didnt get no refund never go back again

For trucker you can park on the street and pick up the order,, the lady was nice and served fast.

I was passing through town. Friendly service.

One of the better whataburgers I have eaten at. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way.

Waited in drive thru about 20 minutes before getting off to get my order inside just hear others complaining about their orders.

Drive Thru ordering was smooth. Person taking orders was loud and clear but still sounded polite. Seems like management handed us the food at the window.. she was polite and well dressed for work. Idk if all Whataburger ask for names but this location did. I guess they double down on accuracy with the name to make sure the correct order goes to the correct customer.

This Whataburger needs to teach other WBs how to do it right!! Probably the best Whataburger I’ve had in a LONG time!! Super fresh bun. Hot juicy burger patty. Cold, fresh veggies served with hot fries!! The staff was fast and friendly, but more importantly accurate on the order.The restaurant was clean and appeared to be well kept.On road trips, when there’s all the fast food that “will do”… this Whataburger does it right!They need to come to the Houston area and re-train all the locations that have forgotten how it should be done!

Easy access and order taken in a timely manner. Good food

Always great food. Young lady was standing in the sun at the drive through taking orders was very nice. Order took a while to get, but the fries were hot and crispy. Worth the wait.08/02/22. Long wait and only a few cars in front of me. Not sure what they bought, but it took forever to make. I had the new blue cheese bacon burger. I didnt know it was double meat. Tasted great, but I had to share with my puppy. Too much for me.

Pretty sure the meat got thinner. Did have that same quality if whataburger from the past. Very expensive for a burger and fries.

Burgers and fries were fresh and hot. Delicious as always.

Fast food. Had the new Bacon Bleu cheese burger. Pretty decent. Drive through went fairly smooth. Fries and onion rings were very hot and fresh. Staff was nice.

Loved our stop here on our way to our next destination. We got the pleasure of meeting Bryson who works here and was so social and informative, giving us directions and suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and our stop even more because of Bryson’s hospitality! I hope he is appreciated here for his great social skills. He even told us about the new banana pudding shake, and we would’ve ordered it had we not already had smoothies earlier, he has a great charisma, he can definitely sell! Great food and great service!

Dirty-est Whataburger I have been to in a while!!Multiple tables were dirty, the floors were gross... Lots of employees behind the counter.Food was good!

Food was hot and fresh. It was extremely busy due to holiday weekend. My reason for only 3 stars is for cleanliness of restaurant and restrooms.

French fries cold. Cheeseburger bread stale and way too much lettuce.

Good was good but ask for extra sauce. They barely put a tiny dollap, leaving the sandwich a bit dry.

The Tacoitos were very hot and delicious! Service was fast and friendly! Will stop by again soon!

I officially love whataburger! Their chicken sandwiches and burgers are so amazing. I even compare them better than chic-fil-a or braums honestly. Obviously Im a little bias now lol me and my fiancé also loved the Dr. Pepper shake they had and wish there was a whataburger closer to home. I enjoyed the treat though!

Another great Whataburger visit. We were making a drive to South Texas, when we found this restaurant. Everything we ordered was great, the new Bacon southern double, is a great sandwich, very creamy and crunchy. The ice tea was extra delicious on this very hot day. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Every Texan knows Whataburger. If youre new here, its a requirement to love Whataburger before you can truly be accepted as Texan. Personally, Id hook an IV up with their milkshakes if I could.

Making a trip from Corpus Christi to Houston, the perfect place to stop for a quick and not too pricey meal. I ordered a large Dr. Pepper shake and sure it was more syrup on first sip but I took the extra few seconds and asked if they would fix it and they did no hassle, Dara and those managers on shift provide great service. Thank you

They place you in an A and B line and forget about the line away from the window. Sat there almost 15 minutes and watched as cars that ordered after me got their food and drove off! Left without getting my food! Need a more consistent way of getting food to people in drive thru

Friendly staff, food was hot and fresh. Wouldve gave 5 stars but the wait time was a little much for fast food. It wasnt even busy for the restaurant.

I expected something tastier, maybe its just that I chose a regular burger. I should have tried something more than that. Im definitely going to give it a second chance.

I have been stopping at this particular Whataburger since I was a kid, on my way to the Rio Grande Valley. I am now 36, and I make it a point to still stop in. The staff is always courteous and kind. The service today was a bit slower than usual however, they were extremely busy and seemed to be somewhat under staffed. Overall, happy with the food and service. I will continue to be stopping in everytime I pass through.

Asked for coffee the person that answered said they didnt have coffee I ask are you out of coffee and I said again or you dont have coffee to make she said we just dont have coffee at the time ok I asked for Dr pepper I drive up the window I get charge for my Bob meal I was given my drink so while I was waiting for my meal I start drinking my drink I almost drank half of it so when the lady comes to hand me my meal I said can I have a refill she looks at me and says sorry but no I asked why she Said that it would be cross contamination cause of COVID I just looked at her and thank her I couldnt believe how this lady was treating me I felt discriminate.

4:15 Am slow service burned egg, hard biscuit and hash browns werent fresh. This whataburger is the worst one ever

I orderd my usual sweet and spicy bacon burger and its byfar the worst one ive ate, infact so bad that they completely forgotten to give me 1 of the 2 patties. Besides forgetting 1 of the patties it was really dry.

Not too good . Dry burger and no unique flavor experience. Im from Texas and never did care for Whataburger . I fail to see whats all the hope about Whataburger . Sorry, but thats my honest opinion .

My husbands burger was the closest to a promo photo as weve ever seen, loaded with lettuce and tomatoes. Whataburger is good just about everywhere, but we were impressed here.

Stopped at the Refugio Whataburger on the way back to Houston from the beach with my family. It was a Sunday afternoon around 2:30. I am a nurse and we are seeing a surge in Covid so I was a bit nervous because I know small town WBs get busy on Sundays, but I was super impressed. I can tell the staff were taking the Covid precautions seriously. All employees (and most patronswere wearing masks and we saw temperature checks being done on employees coming in. The service was friendly and FAST for a Whataburger! Everything was hot and fresh, and the bathrooms were as clean as I expect for a fast food joint. Thank you so much, Refugio Whataburger employees! We appreciate you.

Usually what a burger is a very nice place to eat. The fries were great, hamburger not as warm as it should have been. The milkshake was fantastic. The ladies restroom was not too clean and there were 20 or 30 bugs in the light. Which makes me wonder where all their little friends are.

Had to try it while I was in Texas. I dont typically eat fast food, so I cant judge the spicy chicken sandwich. What I can say?? This place was CLEAN. Seriously, they were cleaning stuff the whole time I was there! 5 stars for that!

This will always be my favorite location. Its the halfway point from my grandpas house in Houston, to my aunts house in Brownsville. We stopped here every trip to the valley , both coming and going. I always sit in the booth my grandpa and I sat in last , before he passed away.The food is always fast , correct , and served with a smile. Always clean , even for the customer traffic they have... Definitely worth stopping by if youre headed to the valley....

Sausage Egg and Cheese Taquito & Coffee. I been going to them for 13 years so far and I have to say I appreciate that you dont have to exit your Car to have a meal, but there are days when I got to work and discovered the Taco had leaked all over my pants making it appear that I couldnt hold my functions. Not easily explained. Dont hold it against me but I noticed that the Tacos are smaller than before, and that big Tortilla overlap I usually tear off and throw out the Window..then there are the Sea Gulls.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, poor management, 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a salad, tried to speak to manager and person did NOT show their face, instead of taking care of customer they hide in back. No refunds if you order online. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT, to have workers (crewup to speed with ALL kinds of orders.

I love Whataburger, I usually get the patty melt or sweet and spicy burger. Always 5 star food!
