White Lace Bridal in Indiana County

The selection of gowns that they have are absolutely beautiful & the ladies that work here are absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere. Don’t waste your time driving to any other bridal shop because you certainly will not find the same level of customer service that is provided here!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First getting fitted for a bridesmaid dress they sized me 2 sizes up then referred me to a seamstress to take it in to the size they shouldve just ordered me in the first place. DONT GET TUXES HERE. Out of 5 men, 2 were right. We had to drive back out there 3 times for 1 of the suits because they couldnt get it right. It still wasnt right but nothing we could do about it on the morning of the wedding. They fitted the men in tux pants with waist adjusters but ordered them regular suit pants. The girls that work there are nice but this place is definitely not run right. Training is definitely needed.

I recommend EVERYTHING about White Lace Bridal. Whether it is your first bridal appointment or you are struggling to find your dress… you need to go there! The selection is endless and absolutely stunning; There is something for everyone. The fitting rooms are very spacious and have floor to ceiling mirrors so you are able to form your own opinion on the pedestal before showing to your group. All of this is amazing but truly what made the whole experience was my Consultant. You should 110% request having Avery as your Consultant! She was so helpful, asked great questions, listened so well without me realizing but above all, she was so genuinely kind. One of the dresses she found me I ended up going with and I could not be more in love! I went two other places and did not have an experience nearly this magical! Thank you Avery for making my day in SO many ways! If you are questioning going to White Lace Bridal, this is your sign!!!

If I could rate White Lace 10 stars I would! I got my wedding dress and invitations from here. Both were beautiful and every experience I’ve had in the shop was wonderful! The staff is fantastic and the shop itself is welcoming and stunning.The day before my wedding, there was an issue with one of my bridesmaids dresses. The dress was not purchased from White Lace, but when I went in and explained what happened, the consultants were beyond helpful. They helped to find a replacement dress that matched as closely to what I wanted as possible and they went out of there way to find many options to show my maid of honor and I. They literally saved the day!I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend White Lace to anyone! If you are considering different places for your bridal needs, go to White Lace!!

For those of you that don’t know White Lace also offers a fantastic design service for all your wedding stationary needs. I had the pleasure of working with Jodi to design my wedding invitations and she was nothing short of amazing. The experience was an absolute breeze and I am so grateful this was one aspect of wedding planning that was completely devoid of stress. Jodi is extremely responsive and attentive, she sent me multiple revisions after my scatter brained self kept forgetting things! I truly do not have enough good things to say and I would without hesitation recommend White Lace to anyone. My invitations are stunning and I have already received a multitude of compliments! Thank you so much again!

I cannot say enough kind words to explain my experience at White Lace! Heather was so invested personally in helping me find my perfect wedding dress and I felt so comfortable with the whole process. I left there in tears but because I found the most perfect dress. My sister and I both had amazing experiences there and I cant wait to use them for the wedding invitations as well!

Worst experience ever! No help and when I went and asked for help, I told the girl what I was looking for, she half listened to what I expressed! Practically left in tears!!! I was looking for a “Mother” dress and the selection was horrible!!!

Working with White Lace Design for our invitations was the best experience! After reviewing what felt like hundreds of other websites, we both fell in love with WLs designs. We ordered a few samples which Jodi sent to us quickly, and we could easy see the high quality of their work. After selecting a design, WL was incredibly helpful in allowing us to customize the order to make it perfect for our needs. Every single detail was carefully managed by the team, and Im so grateful for their patience as I made numerous changes in the proofing process. Once we received the final order, we were blown away at the high quality and care of the invitations! All suites were pre-assembled so I just could add the stamp, seal and get them in the mail. I would 100% recommend White Lace Design to other brides!!! Thank you!!!

We had come in to get a dress for our daughters 1st Communion and the consultant was very stand-offish. She didnt help us as we would have liked, she was nice, but just stayed behind the counter doing envelopes. Did not help with the dresses, just put them in the room and that was all until it was time to purchase then she was gun ho in helping. Mentioned we could purchase the dress off the rack. So, we did. Later we were called, told the dress still had the ink tag still on as she accidentally forgot to take it off.We brought it back to have it removed. Then what ensued was not very seemly of a business and makes one question why the ink tag was still left on, was it a mistake or done on purpose. My mother was told that the dress had been ordered and we would probably have it in next couple weeks. We had told the consultant when we bought the dress that we needed to purchase that day and if we were not able to purchase that day then we would need to walk out without buying. So, that is why she said we could purchase the gown off the rack. However, they do not do that with their dresses. As I spoke to the owner, I was told we were told this was situation and it was an oversight.By working in the clothing and sales business, this is not an oversight. This is not even a mistake. Considering all sales are final with them, this is not a good practice and to me it seems the tag was left on so we would purchase regardless from them. I would highly not believe that the consultant was not told that gowns were not allowed sold off the rack. That is training 101 especially with such a small inventory such as theirs. It would not be hard to know what is sold off the rack and what is not and if flower girl dresses are not sold off the rack then the 8 dresses they have is not difficult to remember they cannot be. I give a 1 star as they are refunding us for the dress. I know this place is convenient, but with the service or there lack of, and the deceiving practices, I would not recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! I worked with Heather to find the dress of my dreams on Saturday. She was super nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. I cannot wait to get my dress in!! They provide amazing discounts for the bridal parties as well if you purchase a dress. Highly recommend!

Best selection of larger plus size wedding dresses (bigger than size 20in store that are available for you to try on. Super fair prices. They do not do their own alterations in house but have a selection to choose from. So happy to have found them.

I have photographed so many brides that received their gown from White Lace - they are the best in the area with not only customer service but selection. Being a bridesmaid myself a few times, I can’t stress how much more pleasant the experience is at White Lace as opposed to a big box store. I would definitely recommend White Lace Bridal for any bridal gown/bridal party needs. My family and I visited them twice. Both times their staff were accommodating, easy to work with, and really helpful in helping me choose my wifes gown.
