It is a lot nicer since it became a senior trailer park, no more loud parties and B.S. going on. Still a lot of older trailers but improvements are being made.

It is well kept, has very good curb appeal, the people are very kind, and go out of their way to stay hello lot fees are reasonable.

When I was younger the place was nice I would have given at least a three to five star review but no not now for various things that Ive heard and seen I wouldnt recommend this place to the worst of the worst there are too many rules I feel like this place is owned by someone with a dictator complex please if you love your pet find somewhere else I know its hard nowadays due to covid but this place is the underworld on earth

I have lived here for 12 years now really love it here the lot rent is very fair and everyone is very nice and friendly all my neighbors are very nice and very helpful and are always willing to give me a helping hand and everyone looks out for one another and everybody helps protect each others properties its a 55 and over mobile home park so its very peaceful and very enjoyable to be a member of this community

Quiet place to live. Owner & mgmt could treat residents a little better, like they need to be proactive (or active at allabout cutting down old, dead trees & pretreating & plowing the roads when it snows. But its pretty nice here otherwise. (If you ignore the nosy old gossipy neighbors.)

Looks very well kept and I’m currently looking for a place right now and White Oaks looks to be my favorite place right now! I have been looking at so many and not one comes close to the neighborly, clean and the homey feel I get from White Oaks!!

Amy and Don are the park managers. They are the best kind of people you will find. I used to live there. The has park always been professionally kept and issues resolved quickly. Hoping to get back there some day.
