When a young person that just got their drivers license gets pulled over be nice to them it is their first time experiencing this. DO NOT expect them to know exactly what to do. I do not appreciate a cop pulling a young driver over yelling at him because he didnt pull over right away and didnt know what the registration looked like. IT WAS HIS FIRST TIME AND DIDNT REALLY KNOW WHAT TO DO!
