Great organic and Wholefood shop. I found many products that are hard to find elsewhere. The prices are also quite competitive, and the staff is friendly.I would go there more often if I lived closer to it.Highly recommended!

I never feel comfortable at this place. Range of products are reasonable but prices are high in relation to other organic shops in the surrounding suburbs.

Pricey but good quality produce esp. Organic milk, butter, eggs, meat and supplements. Vegetables can be hit and miss.

Is always helpful and goes over and beyond to make sure you have the right item and if you dont, shes happy to try and get it in for you. Thanks Jacqui for everything you do for us when we come in on Sunday mornings.

My favorite organic store in Melbourne. Whats makes it different is amazing staff that works there. From Dylan that works hard at the back of the store and running around making sure shelf are full to the ladies on the counter that are always helpful!! Thank you!

Love, love, love this place. So much choice of great organic, gluten free and dairy free options. Would love to see more low carb paleo options available. They were happy to look into this, which I was very grateful for. Easy parking out the front was also very handy 😁

Worth no stars at all, deceptive marketing, more than double the normal postage rates and products priced over the top end of the market with quality well below average...... dont waste your time & money, go elsewhere.

Great variety of foods, unusual things like Camel Feta, and anything from soap and washing powders to pets and pans over fresh fruit and vegetables to a large range of dairy and non dairy cheeses and milk. Great selection to stock up after the organic farmers market every Sunday next door

This was my first time to visit, i remember it looking good when Ive passed, drove over from Footscray.First girl who helped me find a few things was very nice and knowledgeable, other girl seemed unapproachable, she was the same person who rang up my sale. I noticed there was a 1.6% surcharge on all cards, not just amex, and made a comment that I found that off putting on a general retail purchase. Her first rude comment was eftpos does costs money. Oh really-who would have thought that?! I own a small business, I am fully aware of costs and I would be horrified if one of my staff spat that at one of my customers. I was just a little surprised a quite expensive store would be charging surcharges on all cards.She said she didnt control the charge, I said I am not upset with her personally, simply giving her the feedback. She falsely smiled and said she would be sure to pass it on.2 stars for a good selection of products and the help I got from first young lady.Will not go back, rather Google other options in my area.

Prices are moderately okay, produce is fresh and comes in daily, I shop there regularly and is my favourite local organics store

This is a great little organic shop that sells a variety of high quality groceries. I had reminisces of hippie shops in San Francisco. Only if I could afford shopping here me often.

Really great service here. I was even surprised to find some good Japanese incense here the other day.

I absolutely love our local whole foods store in Flemington. The range of groceries, bulk buys and fresh produce covers all of our growing families weekly needs - from cleaning products, soaps, makeup, sunscreen, soda stream - they have it all. I love that I no longer have to visit big chains anymore - Supporting organic, honest, friendly, local, small business. Jodie, Aleesha, Vicki and all of the girls are always helpful and happy, helping and advising me on the latest products and even on ways to store and cook the food I am am buying.The store is always clean, the products are well stocked, well priced and they offer member discounts on numerous lines continuously which perks my interest to try a new product or two - I have found some great favourites this way. Parking is never a problem also which I LOVE. I am so happy to have found this gem, thank you girls.

This place is totally heaven for all things healthy. So many of their products are fair trade too. I appreciate the friendly staff who are very helpful in choosing the exact right foods / products based on my needs.What was awesome was i was given recommendation on small things such as buying the chia seeds in a pet jar for the first time and next time to just bring the empty jar and buy loose chia seeds which would be cheaper. That shows how much they care. Loved the experience of buying here!

Very expensive compared to Terra Madre across town in Northcote a lot of the same stock but add $3-4 on individual items. So hard to park anywhere nearby, be prepared to lug your bags a fair way. Has a fair range & some nice & some grumpy staff

I really enjoy shopping here as there is a huge vegan range of ice creams, cheeses and baking supplies. The staff are always completely wonderful and make me laugh. Realy happy I joined because the reward system is a nice surprise when Im picking up something, generally saving me a few dollars. The store is always tidy, playing really nice music, I love seeing the displays when first walk into the store. Sometimes I go in not really sure what i want and the staff are always full of suggestions and have never recommended something I didnt love.

The store has a wide variety of goods, is very peaceful and the girl is always smiling and friendly :)

The manager Aleesha is always accommodating to my needs and is consistently assisting me with new ideas about how to prepare food. A great shop with excellent produce that is always changing.

I came into the store on Tuesday (note I was a regular customerand was served by the manager. I felt pushed/pressured into buying certain items, I found her customer service skills to be very intrusive and full on which from a customers perspective was annoying as I felt I couldnt browse freely. For organic produce the quality is below average as is the display. I will now be shopping else where.

Have been coming here on and off the last couple of years. I agree with comments relating to the service, staff a little indifferent - which is not what you expect when going to a local organic store. They did have a staff member by the name of Daria who was super friendly but no one has since captured anything near that. They have picked up their game with prices and variety. However, their customer reward system doesnt offer much - I spent over $200 and got a 24 cent discount. I think my days are done here and will go back to my regular

Your food is great but your music was so loud that I actually had to walk out ! I cant function in a rock concert. Really irritating. You might want to think about this.

Ive found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Time spent stacking shelves as lots of produce coming in all the time. I like the wide variety of stock and daily seconds specials and usually pretty certain of getting something I need if sold out at Farmers Market. They are also willing to order items in if you request, special food and other things like hair dye sent from other store the next day. Only problem occasionally stock on sale in boxes that really should be thrown out.

Great organic grocery store that sells heaps of gluten-free and other healthy groceries! Some things seem a little pricey, but still a great store.

Bad experience shopping in this store, would not recommend to others. Is untidy, with mouldy produce on display, shelves are dusty, and had a generally unpleasant vibe.

Let me start of by saying the produce is fresh and there is variety. I occasionally visit this shop as I am a local, I like that the staff arent overbearing however the customer service is lacking.There is an awkwardness with the staff sometimes as theyre not very approachable. Everytime I ask for a receipt there are hesitations and its always awkward! As a paying customer and a supporter of local and organic produce I expect better service and at least to feel comfortable enough to ask for a receipt- which Im entitled to. It shouldnt be such a difficult ask!Anyway, there are better prices elsewhere I might just skip this place for a while!

This shop does have a good range of products, they tend to be on the expensive side though.Ive been here twice and both times the customer service has been appalling, I felt unwelcome in the shop and almost a distraction to the two staff working there, who didnt greet me and seemed to be more focused on stocking the shelves. I felt like a hindrance when I went to buy my items.Despite the place being just around the corner from me, I dont think Ill be going there again.

Fairly wanky. Overpriced. Fruit and veg can be a bit second hand. Good for emergencies, but cheaper organics can be got on Sundays at the Flemington Farmers Market around the corner.
