Will Fix It in Bexar County

We appreciate the effort and professionalism that our service technician Robert demonstrated throughout the process of repairing our furnace. Now that being said, we are unfortunately disappointed and dissatisfied with the overall experience with our unit and installation. Will fix it installed "brand new" unit in August of 2021 and we have already had to replace and pay for new circuit board for furnace. $400 later on top of a $12000 unit in our eyes is unacceptable considering unit is "brand new". With exception of Robert, we would highly tread carefully in dealing with this company.

Had them come out for annual heater maintenance. Technician was very polite & professional. Told me a switch was going bad & would eventually go out. Quote was almost $500. I didn’t want it to go out during a cold spell so I had him replace it. After he left I looked up the part. Found the exact one for $37. He said it was an easy replacement & took him about five minutes to do it. So a $37 part that took him five minutes to replace cost me almost $500. Yeah, will not trust them again. That’s just wrong.

Ive always had wonderful experiences with Will fix it. They replaced my HVAC and finished the job quickly and with quality results. Its been 2 years and no issues! More recently they repaired an electrical outlet that was not working as well as re-wired our doorbell. Always quality results and timely repairs!

I had a great experience doing business with Will Fix It. My water heater died and other companies were telling me that it would be 3 or 4 days before they could get to me … Will Fix It was out that afternoon and then came back on a Saturday to install a new one. Jesus was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend!

Had water heater problem. The repair dispatch took his time to thoroughly examine what may be the issue. He found out it was not the heater/plumbing problem but electrical breaker issue. Not only he did not charge us for the time and service but also he contacted and scheduled an electrician to look at the problem on behalf of us. Very thankful for his kindness and professionalism. Everyone was super easy to work with it. Andy was amazing and very knowledgeable. We needed to have a valve replaced behind our refrigerator and he fixed it no problem. We would easily use him again for any repair in our home!

We have been customers of Will-fix-it for more than 15 years and here is why: Everything from the phone calls to schedule service appointments or an estimate for new units, the super-friendly and knowledgeable sales and service reps, to the technicians who came to the house for the AC installation and the ones doing service maintenance, everyone is incredibly professional. I cant believe how quick and easy the whole process always is. The service is prompt, courteous and clean. Everyone is efficient and on time. The few people I spoke to on the phone for scheduling are polite and friendly. The whole team is doing an incredible job. Keep up the great work!

They came out to fix the toilet and shower drain that was back up. The technician did a great job but very expensive. But I had to pay. A few weeks later I noticed the cap to the main drain was off to the side and who knows what came in there to our house. I called Saturday at 7 pm to scheduled to some one come out. The next day Will fix it called that they couldn’t come out due to shorthand technician. To Monday came and they called again saying that they can’t come out again maybe Wednesday. I asked for manager and this was at 8:15 am when they called and there was none available and that they were all in meeting until 10 am to noon. I asked for them to call me. At 9 am I called again to asked for manager and was able to easily speak to him. He promptly took care of me and had someone come out and fix it before noon great job on the manager but the answering person who answered the phone in the morning need to be fired because he was lying. Very unsatisfied with the service until then

Our main waterline had a leak and we called and within a week and half everything was finished and fixed. Lot less painful then I thought it would be and prices were fair. And easy financing. Plus they call you to follow up that all the work is done before they take final payment which I appreciated.

I called Will Fix It as I thought I smelled a gas leak at my oven. Their technician, Juan Gil, was awesome. He was thorough, courteous and made sure there was no leak and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future. And again, Juan deserves high praise!

This is a great company. Brandon was professional and courteous. He demonstrated expertise in electrical installation and repair services. The office dispatch was also very courteous and helpful. This company goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. If needing electrical work, I recommend asking for Brandon. He is the best electrician and he makes sure his customers are satisfied with the results by answering all questions before he leaves the job site. A+ service.

Required emergency service. Called and was added to the schedule for the 4-6pm slot. The dispatcher called at 3:45pm to state the tech couldn’t make it and they could move us to two days later, leaving us no time to call another plumbing company to address the issue same day. I was also told it is common to over book and it’s not a guarantee when you are added to the 4-6pm slot. Very disappointed at the level of service and transparency by the company.

Darnell was, by far, the MOST PROFESSIONAL technician I have dealt with yet! He was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about his job and even gave me tips on how to keep my unit performing for years to come! He answered every question and broke down terms that I didn’t understand. I will definitely use his service again in the future! ☺️ Thanks Darnell…

HIGH PRESSURE SALES and sneaky sales tactics! Craig came to our home for a quote and it quickly turned into a very uncomfortable high pressure sales situation with him “calling his boss for approval”! We will NEVER do business with this company! The only reason I gave them one star is because I HAD to!

We called Will Fix It due to our A/C not cooling our home. Our service technician Dillon arrived promptly and quickly got to work. After diagnosing the issue he thoroughly described what happened and was able to address the issue same day. He was polite, courteous , and very professional. We will gladly use them for all our HVAC needs! Thank you Dillon & Will Fix It!!!

Ramiro was a great AC maintenance tech. He was here on time, and acted very professional during his visit. He was willing to show me tips and tricks about my system, and was very knowledgeable about the information he gave me on how to maintain it. Ramiro was an honest man and did not try to oversell me services that were not necessary.The only misfortune about the visit is the documentation and payment process. It took about 30 min to complete the inspection and tune up service, and it took nearly 45min to complete the payment and documentation. I as a product developer could tell based on how Ramiro was struggling that training was not sufficiently given to the Will Fix It employees, and the overall GUI of the software used has big room for improvements and optimizations. I recommend that employees be given hands on training rather than just showing them how to use a tablet app through printed screenshots on a white board.

Michelle and Todd rocked it! They contacted me right away and provided outstanding service. It was easy to tell both Michelle and Todd were kind-hearted and ready to offer their best for their customers. We will definitely use them again.

My experience with “Will Fix It” has always been pleasant, which is why keep using their services. However, I’d like to have a step further this time and highlight two employees; Mr. Jesse E. Diaz and Mr. Juan for their professionalism and dedication to doing their jobs with integrity and honesty! After completion of the installation and returning to their vehicle to depart, Mr. Juan noticed a crack in a brass fitting but rather than leaving it as is and potentially causing more issues, they informed me and changed it out before leaving. Their INTEGRITY is really appreciated!! I WILL be a return customer thanks to them!

Will fix it did an outstanding job with fixing a mess of whole house generator connection that another local electrical company did at my home. Frank was absolutely the best person for the job. He redesigned the connections and was able to get it all operational at a better price than the original company that left me hanging. Definitely recommend Frank and Will Fix it

I called We’ll Fix It over to my house to conduct an AC system tuneup. Mr. James from We’ll Fix It did an outstanding job providing maintenance and tuneup to the Our system. mr. James also took the time to explain what and/or why the work he was doing in efforts of making an AC System last for years. His explanations helped me understand more about the AC system and how to make sure it runs very long and efficiently for years to come. I decently learned a lot and will be a better homeowner all because of his knowledge. I would highly recommend Mr James and Will Fix It for all work needed in my home. Thanks you so much!

Super satisfied and we would definitely recommend to friends. I spoke to Ms. Jessica in the morning describing the overnight garbage disposal leak and water accumulation puddled on wood base of cabinet (overflowing to floor area/kitchen sink). I was not expecting same day service; Mr. Jerry arrived on time and was not only courteous and friendly, but very confident and attentive installing a new garbage disposal. Will-Fix-It came out to our home within hours of our earnest call because out A/C was not working. James was prompt, professional and had us cool within the hour. He did not try to up-sale us but did advice us to upgrade our 18 yr old unit soon. Will-Fix-It is my go-to company for A/C and plumbing needs.

I had a water heater and softener installation done. Company keep in contact with me before job, including picking up of Water heater. I had Bobbie as my install person. He communicated with me superbly. He told me of the special instructions I had listed and made sure everything was still a go. He had a slight problem locating my main water line in my garage but asked permission before cutting any dry wall. He found it after a couple of tries, but even though I was told that this could happen the company wasnt responsible for repairing. After installation he went back and drilled the sheet rock back into place. He was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. Gave me tips for both heater and softener. I look forward to having my water needs being exceeded through his efforts and advice. It was all done in one day!!! I would definitely recommend Will fix it. I really couldnt have expected a better experience.

Arrived on the dot! Looked over the entire house and thought the leak was outside due to extra greening in grass. Offered different options and seemed to understand that this was costly for me.We agreed to a conservative option to start, shut the water off and he began digging up the area in question. He also suggested what the possibilities were. He was completely correct, he found the leak and repaired it. He also suggested that I get in touch with SAWS to see if they would adjust my bill since I had a licensed plumber do the repair.I am completely happy with this service and if I ever need a plumber again I will contact this service. I wish I could get this person, he was very personable and allowed me to watch AND told me what he was doing.

Every person I spoke with from the first contact until the job was completed was professional and kind. They were able to make an appointment with out an extended wait. Carlos was super awesome! He was friendly, got the job done quick and even cleaned up all of the mess! He went above and beyond to make sure the gate remained closed so the dog wouldn’t get out! The tech Joe was awesome. He was honest and thorough and I was able to understand was the repair had entailed. We wasnt told off the bat that we needed a new unit but knew what was wrong almost immediately. I wont hesitate to call again.

Very quick, thorough, and professional service by Joe. Our 20 year old AC system failed at the peak of summer and he presented options for us to consider to better fit our home than the previously installed system. He was able to relatively quickly remove our old unit and install a newer system by the next day, over the weekend. Very grateful to have been able to return to our home without further interruption with all our pets, grandparents and baby daughters at home. If we ever have any plumbing needs again in the future, this company is 100% the one I would call. We needed gas lines replaced, our water heater repaired, and some duct work fixed up and it was done in a timely manner. They explained everything thoroughly, laid out our options, and definitely made us feel comfortable and confident in the work that was to be done and how they would go about it. They had the master plumber come and take a look and verify everything, got us inspected and checked off the first time, and got our hot water back on for us! Rowlynn and Bobby are the 2 that did the work and I couldnt be happier with the service they provided, their professionalism, their friendliness, and the overall job they did!

Was very satisfied with the work performed today by Darnell. He is very patient in explaining every detail of the work he performed. And gives good advice on how to keep your unit in good working condition. This is the second time he comes to my home and would like to continue having him service my unit. He does a wonderful job!

Sharing our positive experience we had with Will-Fix-It regarding honoring their warranty and replacing a leaking evaporator coil at no charge for parts, only paying for labor. Their technician Jaime Rosas did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue with the coil, and completing a condenser coil chemical cleaning that has kept the house with cool conditioned air throughout this hottest summer on record.

This company went out of their way to make things right. Technicians James Hunt and Abraham did an excellent job in repairing my system. They came out as they said and worked on my system to get it running. James had excellent knowledge and informed me what he and Abraham were doing and had done. James took me outside to show me the work and he was thorough in explaining. After they fixed the outside unit they then came inside to check that my indoor HVAC system was working properly. These two techs did an amazing job and I thank managers Rick and Eddie for making things right. This company came through and as of right now I recommend this company to anyone.

Javier was our electrical technician and he was great. He was very professional, polite, and patient when answering all of the questions we had. I would definitely use this company again for other services in the future.

Darnell came out to do an a/c tune up. He was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Took time to show me ways to maintain the a/c so that it runs properly. He answered all my questions. He did a great job overall.

I was amazed at how quickly WillFixIt was able to fit me in for an A/C repair seeing it has been so hot lately and I knew they were swamped with customers. Got in quickly.Service tech Daryl was amazing. Friendly, listened to my concerns about my a/c and jumped right in for the fix. He knew the exact fix and finished the repair quickly but stayed a few minutes to make sure all was well before leaving.I was worried because most repair places try to take advantage of those who don’t know much about the systems or service and sell them on bigger repairs.Not this tech. He explained things about my units and made the fix. I’m thankful to be back up and running again and he didn’t break the bank. I’ll be sure to call them again with any other a/c concerns in the future and will request this tech by name.

Chris came out on the same day we started having problems and cleared out a bad clog. He was very professional and personable. He went above and beyond when it came to finding the real problem, a leak under the slab. Ernest came out and gave us great insight on the repair. We will definitely get them back out for follow up testing!

Very fast and professional. I called yesterday after 5 to set up an appointment and received a call the next day at 9am to let me know that they were on the way. They repaired my bathtub faucet that had a stead stream pouring out in under 20 minutes. Very happy with the service and speed. 10 out of 10 recommend and would use again.

We are counting our blessings today. We had a bad feeling about another company that had came out to check our HVAC. They quickly told us it could cost anywhere between 3k-15k to fix. Called Will fix it for a second opinion. Come to find out it was just a loose wire in the thermostat. Daryl did a amazing job of figuring out the issue and getting us back up and running! Dillon Koch, the HVAC Service Technician provided exceptional service for our residence. He not only fixed the problem with our AC, he addressed all of questions and concerns with detailed explanations. It is a great feeling to receive quality and professional service at a decent price.

Day 1: Tech ran around in circles. We had 3 items on the “to do” list. Long story short, nothing was completed after 4 hours. The tech wanted to charge us $390.00.Day 2: I contact the company to ask for a different person. Bobby G came to help. He was able to complete the job within 5 minutes. He didn’t charge us anything at all. When leaving, he offered to close the garage door for us. He in fact restored our ability to use our garage door openers. WOW, what a difference in service provided! Thank you for making life easier, Bobby G!!!

My technician Abraham came out and was very courteous and professional. He had good knowledge as to what the issue may be just from my explanation of what was going on. He was able to replace a part and my AC was up and running again within ten minutes. Awesome job!

What started out as a normal scheduled maintenance turned into an opportunity for this company to really shine. my tech Yuri ( who was fantasticfailed to reconnect a capacitor for the outside fan which caused a short, fried the capacitor and tripped the breaker. Within an hour after my tech left I noticed that the temperature in our house was increasing and things were getting hot! When I called they responded quickly to send a supervisor out who was great, well communicative and confirmed that the first tech unfortunately just missed a small thing. So in this very moment is when I witnessed his character. He pulled us outside and explained what happened, took responsibility and had a plan to correct it!The company offered us a room in a hotel but instead we opted to buy a portable air conditioner to resolve our immediate need to cool down. Then next morning both techs came over, replaced the part and called to confirm everything was good to go! I can’t express enough how thankful We are.

We needed our generator hooked up, started and certified and they said they would come out to take a look at it. The guy knew exactly what to do and did it right there on the spot! He was very nice, professional and respectful (which you hardly see anymore). He explained everything thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable. He even caught a mistake from the previous electrician. Needless to say we WILL be using Will Fix-It for all of our household needs!

I originally had Will Fix It come out because my AC stopped working efficiently. The tech inspected the outdoor unit and prepared an estimate for a variety of things that he said needed to be done. He completed the repairs and the unit was working fine. A few days later my son, who is a heavy equipment mechanic, was over and noticed the cap was now missing from the charging port. Contacted Will Fix it and they arranged to have the tech come out and replaced the cap. By the time he arrived it was obvious the unit was once again not operating efficiently, so he scheduled a callback on my day off the check for leaks. Another tech, Romero, came out and immediately spotted signs of a leak in the high pressure line near the accumulator. He repaired the leak and charged the system which is now working again. After speaking with his manager they decided to not charge for the callback. People make mistakes, but it is how they handle the mistakes that shows their integrity. Will Fix It readily acknowledged the failure to notice the obvious leak, and made it right. I respect that and highly recommend them. Thank you Romero. Job well done.

We had our water heater breaker tripping couple of times and we called the company arrange an appointment. Plumber called us 30 minutes before his arrival and he was on time. He troubleshoot the issue and gave us an estimate. We agreed and he immediately started working on the thermostat. Replacing the thermostat took around 15 minutes, but he stayed until the water heater make his cycle and everything was working properly!Very happy with Mr Bobby, his job and his professionalism.

Jason was by far the most committed, empathetic, and thorough professional I’ve come across the company so far. He not only made himself available directly, but took the time to research after hours on a very weird issue with my AC unit. He figured out, came back the next morning, and now we’re rocking and rolling! Will Fix It is lucky to have him!
