This place is a joke. I went there and had a consultation in regards to will not being followed. I was told I had a good case and upon leaving was told I would be contacted about the needed retainer, the approximate total amount and signing the contract. Silence for 2 weeks. When I was finally contacted again, I was told they would not be representing me. The reason being my case is in Montgomery County and it being a far drive would cost me alot in travel time for the attorney. That would be because this law firm charges full rate for driving time. Most respectable and reputable law firms, I read, charge only 1 half for driving time. Travel time on a train or plane would be different as the attorney would still be able to work on the case whilst traveling.They went on to tell me they would refer me to an attorney in Montgomery County who could represent me as law firms do help eachother out in cases such as these when there is so much travel time. Next call I receive tells me they were unsuccessful in finding an attorney and I should contact the lawyer referral board for Montgomery County. Having already done that 2 times with no reply to either call leaves me hung out to dry so to speak. Looks like this law firm just likes stealing from prospective clients by telling them they will represent them, only to pull the rug out from under their feet. 0 stars from me.

This office provides the absolute best legal services around! They truly care about their clients and are very responsive to matters that need addressed right away. Also the prcing is fair and reasonable. Highly recommended.

Did not take the time to read over anything before we showed up for a consult. Had no clue what was going on or that he had copies of our lease agreements. Basically told us to jump ship and take the loss. Never told us over the phone there was gonna be a $250 consultation fee and never mentioned it until the end. Not saying everyone in the office is horrible at their jobs but I do not recommend Joseph Jones!

I would give this firm a negative rating if I could. I called them for help with a landlord that illegally evicted me and changed the locks and is not holding but KEEPING my belongings (so this person thinks). The "Dr." that I was dispatched to when I called listened to the situation and had no comment, he then said "What can I do for you, Sir." I said explained, again, that I want to know HOW I get into the place again to get my belongings. He replied "Come in and have a consultation with me, it will be $200, and Ill do the research for you." I couldnt help but laugh out loud. Ive already done the research and know my rights and what can be done. What a joke this place is anymore!
