Just a little shopping center that hangs in there, year after year.

It is starting to come together. The shops are unique and have a quirky feel.I do like shopping in the mall.They have some odd ball stuff which is cool.

My son loved his hair cut from Tip the barber 💈 found a new barber live in Charles City but definitely will travel to Mason City for sons n myself

I like going there just to check things out, cool place to just wonder around, bath and body works is a hot spot to go to. 😉👍but i have a tendency to get stuff o dont need but I get it anyway lol its a me time.

This place needs signs! There is ZERO indication where the various stores are inside and not even the entrance is marked!Its a miracle anyone goes in.

Ate at pies and more. The service was great. I had a Reuben with fries. Not impressed. I should have just indulged in one of the lovely slices of pie displayed.

Willowbrook is a welcoming mall with the Curiosity Shop that brought me back to the 70s. Retro reminders that is so interesting and fun to admire. Emerson has every size, style, and color for scrubs. Unique and warm is the Willowbrook mall.

Went to Tips and Toes and got dip polish removed and replaced on my nails. They were busy but had enough nail technicians to accommodate me immediately. No wait at all. The technician was friendly, listened to exactly what I wanted, was knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and very caring. I had a band aid on my hand that came off with sanitizer used prior to services and she was kind enough to go find a replacement and put it on for me. Their dip removal is very fast and efficient. Not like the wrap and wait for 20 to 30 minutes plus at other salons. They use warmed acetone soak that gently and quickly removes the old dip polish. My nails look amazing! Never been happier with a nail salon. Highly recommend Tips and Toes! Price was also great 15% cheaper than other nail salons. Great nails, great techs, great technique, great affordable price! I hate my hands but included a photo. I wanted short, square, and wasnt sure on color so the tech assisted my indecisive mind and helped me choose the perfect lavender/periwinkle idk not good with color names but I couldnt be happier. I never do extensive reviews or pics but really feel this highly about thus nail salon. Been there about 4 to 5 times as I only get to Mason City for doctors appointments every few months and have been getting dip consecutively every 2 to 3 weeks for two plus years. Considering making the hour long drive in 2 weeks just for Tip Toes. Might go for a pedi too next time!

Love this tool store. The prices are great!! They even have warrienties on their items which I think is fantastic.

Lots of stores but not all open when we were there.

Lots of empty stores was only there to get a pedicure.

Check it out, it may be one of the last malls of its kind.

Went to the most recent Holistic Health fair and over 50% of the attendees were maskless, including the greeter. Disgusted was an understatement.

Another sad and dying strip mall in Mason City. It has a few specialized shops that have been there a while, but nothing to appeal to an average shopper.

Very prompt service. Nice girl helped me. Sprayed my new shoes and sent me off in no time! They have my business for work shoes !

This was a very busy place 50 years ago. It had a Grocery, 5 &10, Hardware, Dept. Store, Drivers Bureau, Restaurant and Beauty Shop operating. Now it contains a few specialty stores and vacancies.

This mall may be relatively small but it has a nice variety of shops for both big and little ticket items. Give it a visit if you havent already or havent been there in awhile!

Had s great time. Love the cupcakes and Browns. Was sad that Pies and more werent open.

Had fun with several of the stores. The Floor to Ceiling Store is very nice! Too bad not all the stores were open because of COVID

It was a good place to get work boots as soon as I walked in I looked at a pair of boots and the sales man wasnt pushy he just asked me is there a particular brand your looking for. Or a price range your trying to stay in. I told him the brand I liked and he said we could order it or you can try these boots that are similar to what I asked for he even waterproofed them for me without me asking for it. Great customer service.

This mall has been brought back to life. I enjoy the selection of the asian market. Browns shoe store gets all of my work boot business "wolverine holds up well". They have events, and a lot of new shops in the last few years. Great job!

There are hardly any stores in here anymore! Plus the location could be better! The mall used to be a busy and thriving place but the last few years it has been declining. All the big stores are gone now except for Victoria Secret and Claires. Its sad to see the condition of the mall these days. Its a waste of time to go there honestly. I just hope they turn it around in the future otherwise its just a waste of space and money to keep the place open.

Love their boutique and Asian market. The senior citizen population of Pies and More customers often give me the vibe that they run the whole place , like the lunchroom in middle school and they are the cool kid table and Im the new kid walking thru their cafeteria to get to another classroom. Lol.

This mall has been here as long as I can remember. Love the stores in here.

I’ve went to the mini mall to visit a few stores, I usually am going to the coin shop if any stores in the mall, it’s a nice little mini mall, just could have better choice of stores in my opinion. I would recommend people to visit and check the stores out!

Its ok its getting worse right now not alot of stores anymore.i wish it would have more stores because i love going to 1 place were there are alot of stores to shop at with going so many places

The used shoes, clothing, jewelry shop i expensive but since all the good stuff from Vision One goes there now i see why. Everything is donated so why cant it stay in the store in Clear Lake? Not everyone is rich just for your information. I dont think this is fair. Plus it costs the rent the store. Is everyone aware of the nice quality of stuff they shuffle there?

Pies and More great for a lunch... havent been in much of rest of the mall for some time.

Pies N More! Delicious homemade food. They serve lunch faster than McDonalds and its fun to sit right there waiting in vehicles in line getting frustrated at the McDonalds next door to them while getting my meal served faster and with a lot better customer service!

Im very recently from California so take that into consideration when reading... Ive never been to a "mall" this small. Quaint, nice people when I needed directions but small.

This shopping center is nearly full of stores and has made an impressive comeback from years past! I miss the Borealis Fika coffee shop and the Coldstone-like ice cream shop before it, but Pies and More is going strong as a restaurant, lots of retail at a variety of price points, and I think having the Mercy clinics there has helped to provide stability and traffic to the facility. Its a very pleasant place to walk around inside.

Very diverse little strip mall, love the place as they have stuff I need when I roll through town.
