This is an outstanding business! I dont think Ive ever been treated so well by a company of any kind. Mark and Michael are friendly, personable, down-to-earth, nice guys. Its a local family-run business. They are responsive to our needs, reasonable, fair, and accommodating. We have been in the midst of moving in from out of state, with logistical twists and turns. They have been very understanding of our situation, and have helped us greatly throughout the transition. What weve also appreciated is that they have been very flexible as our needs changed. The storage units are in excellent condition. The whole facility is well maintained and accessible. In spite of much higher than normal rainfall, its all high and dry. We have felt very comfortable having all our personal belongings and furniture here for several months, even though we were seven hours away. We like the fact that theres a nice well-equipped office on site thats staffed throughout the business day. And theyre easily available by phone during non-business hours. Theres secure fencing surrounding the place, and youre given an access code to enter the front gate 24/7. Also, many security cameras. We just cant say enough good things about Wilmington Mini-Storage.

Clean, newer, polite staff. Renting 2 - 10 x 20 garages. Sold house...check supposed to clear next day. Staff recognized my dilemma and processed 10 x 20 garage without credit card. So I could continue unloading furniture from sold house. Check cleAred next day as I promised and Wilmington got paid. It took a lot of guts and trust in me for them to process second garage without credit card approval. Never forget them....

Wilmington mini storage is very clean and secure. Owners are pleasant and personable.

This is a very nice ,clean, safe,friendly,storage rental,that I use to store some of my things.i recommend this storage units to everyone who needs there stuff dry and safe. Or anyone going out of town.that doesnt trust the neighborhood with your new toy purchases (atv,dirt bike, zero turn)
