Recently had some work done at this Ford Dealership. It’s a small dealership in size but the customer service was 2nd to none. The service department dropped everything they were doing to help me with a quote. The quote was reasonable, they worked me in quickly and had us going in no time. True customer service is a rare thing these days and I never do this, but I would highly recommend using this Ford dealer.

I will never go here again.Took about an hour to change my oil+tire rotation but the problem came in with getting my keyless entry factory key. They did not inform me that I need both key fobs ahead of time despite booking an appointment and calling a week prior to confirm I needed nothing else.This isnt entirely inexcusable, just unpleasant, but the kicker was my car stunk of cigarette smoke afterwards too. I had seen other reviews previously but didnt worry as I waited in the lobby and I didnt think my car would stink of it afterwards. Prior reviews didnt mention this, just that they smoked in the service area. I didnt realize they were smoking in my car to boot. Likely when they were trying to get my keyless entry code.At this point I will never go back there and wouldnt of gone to begin with if I knew my car would reek to the point I can still smell it even after airing my car out.

I purchased two spare keys online and had them cut by a local locksmith. I then called Winebarger Ford to see if they could program them. I was told they could do both keys for a given price, to which I told the person on the phone “Great, I’m on the way.” After arriving, the service department manager asked me if I had an appointment, which I did not, and was not informed I needed one on the phone. I was then told they were on lunch, and I’d have to wait 45 min. An hour and 15 minutes later, the person I spoke to on the phone comes out and asks if she can help me. I explained that I had called earlier and what I needed done. Now, I’m told the price is double what I was quoted and that I’d have to make an appointment for later to have the keys programmed. After arguing about the price and appointment thing for a few minutes, I gave up and left. The shame of this is a few years ago, I went to this dealership in an emergency situation, without an appointment, and the service manager at the time actually came out on the lot, with a wiring diagram, helped me fix the problem, and to top it all, didn’t even charge me. She was wonderful, but unfortunately, she is no longer with the company. I had heard of several other service stories like that in the past at Winebarger, but it seems those days are long gone.

Not recommended if you are need to actually fix vehicle issues out side of a scanner telling them the problem. Place is old fashioned which is nice to have in a fast pace world. The biggest reasons for only 1 star is that the employees smoke inside the service department. So my truck smelled like cigarettes for a few days. Overall disappointed in the effort applied to give quality anything. Go 30 minutes down the road to Statesville, Randy Marion Ford has mechanics, not just part slingers.

Not all dealerships are horrible but I see why they get the reputation from dealerships like this one. I do not recommend at all. They smoke inside the service department, which is where they have vehicles getting worked on. So now my truck stinks like cigarettes. Never seen a mechanic do a diagnostic check by just hooking up the scanner, saying "no codes, nothing wrong", and not even road testing to try and figure out the problem. Wasted my time, and money just to drive off in a truck still needing issues resolved. They are just part slingers, not mechanics. A lesson well learned and will never be back. Go to Randy Marion Ford in Statesville instead. If anything you wont get cancer from second hand smoke.

Sent my 01 Lincoln continental to the shop here .After over a month there still not fixed.Left trunk sound proofing all ripped out and disconnected.Charged for manhours with no fix.Over 500$Sent car to another ford dealership in Mt.airyWas fixed in 2 days ...Terrible customer service.Lazy and uninformed shop.If its not replacing parts they cant do it .

Wanted 5 speed fiesta, said we dont sell them dont have one wont get one we never sell them, very rude like they dont want to sell, called 3 months later and had one, sorry bought my 18000 dollar vehicle elsewhere, parkway ford in winston, found exactly what I wanted and went to maryland to get it for me
