Winnersville has come a long way and Ray the owner is very passionate and gives great customer service as most customers who want something want it today, want it engraved, and need it. Not once have I had a project that Ray could not complete in time for my needs. Recently I was gifted a cutting board from Winnersville which had imbedded on it one of my mothers favorite recipes, in her hand writing- OMG! This has to be my most prized possession as my mothers recipes are a well kept secret and now that she recently passed, they made one for me that is just beautiful !!! This is a great place under new ownership, many new products and gift ideas, they can engrave most anything and they work their butts off to get any job done quickly and efficiently. Wanted a professional gift, but finished product was not professional, seemed cheap, didn’t get the wow factor from it at all. Instructed the person helping me with my order to not include an image because it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, and the image was on the final product anyway. Wasn’t impressed, Won’t be back.
