Dr.Rowe is a great vet. He always explains everything very well.

Dr. Rowe and his staff are quite exceptional. Such kind people with a wealth of knowledge. From the receptionists to the vet assistants, every single person here is so kind and full of knowledge. Dr. Rowe always takes his time with our felines (we have adopted three kittens from the shelter over the past year). He explains everything and has so much expertise, I could not imagine taking our pets anywhere else. I left yesterday with a kitten with low immunity, and felt that we could take on the world from all of the information and suggestions Dr. Rowe gave me. He is never rushed and truly is focused on a mission of caring and healing animals. Our Miss Charlie is already progressing within 24 hours! Dr. Rowe is also incredibly kind to his staff and works in teaching them as well. This animal hospital is a godsend!! Thank you to all who work here!!

My family is new to the area and looking to establish a vet for my sons service dog. I reached out to this animal hospital via email last night and their DVM emailed me back that hed be happy to see our dog, give her nails a trim, and get her established. He suggested I call to make an appointment in the morning, when they opened for normal business hours.I just hung up with them after being told by their administration that I must have been mistaken because theyre not taking new clients. I explained that I had an email from their vet instructing me to call and that hed be happy to see our dog. The woman was dodgy and making excuses about email and not having access to it? I figured Id wasted just about all the time I was willing to waste.Im going with my gut and seeking services elsewhere. In the meantime, I suggest they uncross their wires as this entire encounter was a bit nutty and unprofessional to say the least.

Dr. Rowe is the only veterinarian I have had since the 80s. He was there and very compassionate when my oldest cat died in 2013. Recently, another of my cats, Mya, was diagnosed with a tumor. Doctor Rowe did a superb job in removing the tumor and stitching her back up The staff at Winslow Animal Hospital are wonderful people. Cindy went above and beyond and did a lot of behind the scenes paperwork and phone calls and was very patient and understanding of the situation. Dr. Rowe explained everything out so that I would know what was going on. They kept me informed of test results and what my options were. I cant begin to thank them enough for making a difficult time a lot less stressful !! Highly recommend them for excellent animal care !!

This is a great Vet! They are attentive, educated,honest and family owned!! Each time I bring my pets to see them I am very happy with their service. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends or family. I know how precious our pets are to us ...and so does the winslow animal hospital!!

This is a long overdue post. I absolutely love, love, love this animal hospital. The morning after our beloved Dr. Slack passed away, I had another cat that turned gravely ill. Dr. Rowe and his staff took us in arms open wide. I couldnt stop crying over Dr. Slack, my sick cat and my cat-dog that had just passed away. They couldnt have been more understanding and compassionate. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Rowe and his kindhearted staff for taking such good care of us that day and always.♡

Dr Rowe is so patient and gentle. Although my pup isnt exactly hyper he is always calm when Dr Rowe handles him.

Winslow Animal Hospital is easily the best vet weve ever had. Everyone is always pleasant and conversational, they remember our cat and whats ailed him in the past, they know their stuff and the place is efficient and punctual. It certainly makes me wonder why, with EVERY other doctor, vet or dentist, Ive tolerated sitting in the waiting room or exam room for the 20-30 minutes I always do.
