As one approaches age 65, the choices for Medicare coverage seem daunting! But Krista Norris walked me through this process, step by step, showed me options, highlighted differences in plans, and helped me choose a Medicare plan that is just right for me. Krista is knowledgeable and communicates with excellence, which made my whole experience choosing my plans much easier. Im confident with the results - and amazed how these insurance plans together are much less costly than the health insurance plan Ive had till I reached Medicare age!

I recently received in the mail my house insurance for our lake home in Groveland. The notice gave me choices on whether to pay monthly, or one time. I called Winton-Ireland my agency to arrange the payment and Heidi who handles my insurance arranged over the phone to set up the payment without any further action on my part. I so appreciate her prompt, efficient service and her friendly personality. Ive been with Winton-Ireland for close to 20 years. They give me great service at affordable prices.

Arnola Medeiros is my customer service specialist and she is so very responsive to every request. It can be difficulty to make it in to the office to handle insurance business during office hours and her responsiveness minimizes and even eliminates those trips for me. She is amazing!!
