I called there to reschedule our delivery date do to our bad road to our house. They said they would call us back. They did not. This is the chair we have been waiting for since Oct1. I called them after almost a week.

The only place to buy furniture!

The satisfaction that you will get from your purchase from Wolfs furniture is as if you take you credit cards or cash out of your pocket and put them in the shredder or just give it to a person you dislike. What a mistake.

I wish I could give zero. We were given a delivery date and on the afternoon of the delivery told there was a glitch and they wouldn’t be delivering until a month later. Time lost from the office, the old furniture was picked up the same day to make room so now I don’t have living room furniture. Then I was offered a $50 gift card for my troubles. A gift card for a company I suggest NO ONE USE. you can find the same furniture cheaper at other stores. The one star ratings on this site are the only legitimate ones. The 5 star no comments should be a huge red flag. Miserable experience with an inept company.

We ordered a bedroom suite on April 14th 2019, our first delivery was on May 21st of only the bed rails, dresser and side tables, I also need to note that at our first delivery they did not inform us that we were not getting our full order, it was only the day before that we called to ask that we were told about it.It then took until June 20th for the second delivery of our bed frame and chest of drawers, the bed was delivered unable to be put together. On this second delivery they knew the day before that the bed legs were not available and chose to not call and let us know but to deliver anyway. Why would you not call us and let us know you could not provide the full delivery. We called the store during delivery and were told to sleep on floor by one of the store managers. I fought back and magically they could come out and rig it.The chest of drawers came with a broken drawer and a hole in the top from a nail. While trying to get this exchanged we find out they no longer carry this model and cannot replace it. We are currently fighting with them to take the item back. I want to note also that what they delivered was a floor model with no discount for being a floor model, we know its a floor model because it has the tags on it from being on display. They only offered us to come get another chest that does not match our full set we purchased for over $3,000.We have taken now 4 PTO days for this issue and now they want us to take another one. This has been an insane situation that could of been solved by telling us that it was discontinued when we bought it so we could of made an informed decision to buy elsewhere as it is still sold by others. They agreed to take back the broken piece and told us they would come get it today 7-17-19.. they did not show up and now want to reschedule again. I am so over this company honestly if someone does not reach out to me to make this better.. I will post this everywhere for the next 5 years.I would also like to note, the suite we purchased is still on their website as of today 7-17-19

Have been waiting for a couch ordered over a month ago. Was told today that is is going to be another 2 weeks...Serious??? Never thought I would wait 2 months for a couch. NOT canceled my order going elsewhere.

Nice place can park at dock if have an early appointment

Thousands spent on furniture, paid for 5 year warranty, then was told my warranty did not cover the tear that miracled itself into my electric rocker/recliner thats a little over a year old. Also claimed they "didnt work with" the company that manufactured the furniture they sold us. Left us sitting in the office for at least 10 minutes before being seen. Was also told to lie to the manufacture saying the tear happened "in the last 5 days." Ridiculous.

Im a truck driver and this is a quick unloading time.
