4 years and 8 months ago Dr Flores and the on call staff diliverd Enza bridwell i thank God every day for the little miracle they handed me that day they saved my life and gave me a reson to live that day and i thank them for it!..The before and after visits where something to look forward too i in joy there office it gives a sense of confert and safety

You didnt find me in your system because this is my maiden name. I have been a patient there for over a year. I would love to leave a better review, but unfortunately cannot based off the experiences I have had there. I gave one star because every visit I have had there takes 2-3 hours even when there is no one else in the waiting room. My last visit I complained and was given an excuse as to why it took over 2 hours to be seen, though this is always the case. This office expects people to make it to their appointment on time but does not respect our time. The front desk staff is rude, unprofessional and unaccomodating as well. I have had two employees since I have been a patient there tell me they want to quit, one who already did...the other who agrees patients are being scheduled poorly which causes her to miss her lunch break often. Also its a tad bit concerning you cant find me in your system by my maiden name as it is a question I answered on the initial new patient paperwork over a year ago...just goes to show how little attention to detail this office pays. I will never go back to this place again.

Been going to Dr. Flores for years, always have had a good experience. Love that he takes the time to get to know his patients, and makes them feel super comfortable. Highly recommend going to him.

They set your appointments at a certain time only to put you in a room and have you waiting for literally 30 to 60 minutes sometimes even more. Doctors are always falling behind.

I was a stroke victom in care of the third floor medical staff. One daytime staff girl switched her damaged cellphone charger with my new cellphone charger: and boasted of it to co-workers that did nothing to stop the theft, or the thief. Appalling is the only word that fits.

Dr. Flores, helped me so much 6 yrs ago. He is so knowledgeable and careful with every sugery. Trust him, he is great.

Very professional and always in a good mood. Obvious that he is very knowledgeable. He always checks to see if the patient has any questions. My wife and I have been very satisfied with his work and staff. I love his new location in the hospital medical building.
