Had a great experience with this company. I found them on Facebook and communication was great. From the time they arrived and done a template to when it was fitted was less than a week. Very impressive. After paying the deposit I was given a personal advisor to deal with that will be dealing with my order. This was very handy and that person had great communication skills and kept me up to date. I would definitely use this company again.

Highly recommended for quartz worktop. Their service is amazing and very very helpful. The showroom has many designs to choose from and the customer service provided is great. Helped choose a great worktop. The worktop was fitting within a week. Two hours and the worktop was done. Very neat finish.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.From my first enquiry about which areas of the country they cover (Im in Norfolkthe communication was immediate and professional.A team came to template and a product was chosen. An unavoidable delay in product availability during which time I was kept informed and offered alternatives.Fitting day. Stay away from this company! Horrifying experience! Complete bullies and very aggressive! Do not recommend them at all!At first everything was fine but when we noticed a few faults and requested for the fitters to rectify the mistakes, the fitters refused to make any changes and threatened to rip off the worktops. They were rude and kept speaking the their native tongue (thankfully I knew the language and understood exactly what abusive language they were saying).They then refused to leave my property until they received payment. We even showed them proof of payment but he still refused to leave until he had the go ahead from the company manager. We spoke to the manager of the company and he demanded more money (an amount that was not agreed). Thankfully we had proof of what was agreed and the manager finally gave the green light to the fitters so they can leave. Absolutely horrifying experience.We are in the process of filling a police complaint.

Absolute horrifying experience with this company!! Polite at first when taking on the business. On the day of installation however, possibly the worst experience I have had with any company!The fitters were rude, aggressive and very arrogant.The owner invited us to a showroom in Park Royal called GMT Stone and misled us to believe that this is his shop. This apparently is incorrect and he is either a friend or family who clearly uses the showroom to mislead his customers.On the day of installation, everything was going ok until the installers did the filler work. When I asked them politely to change the filler to a colour that actually matched my worktop, they were not happy. They had all colours so I don’t know what the big fuss was about!! Anyway, I managed to get them to change some of it and then they demanded payment. I felt a little intimidated the way payment was demanded but sent over the bank transfer of the agreed amount anyway as I just wanted them out of my house. Their attitude was disgusting. Their boss refused to accept the payment sent and demanded more money than what we had agreed otherwise threatened to rip out my kitchen. Thankfully I had some proof of the price we agreed on otherwise the fitters were literally ready to rip out my kitchen. Bank transfers are not always instant. They can take an hour or two to show up in your account. I felt like we were under house arrest as the installers sat guard in my house, in my kitchen and refused to leave even though we had shown them proof of payment. Thankfully the payment showed up in his account after 30mins and they were gone after that. But it was the worst 30mins to have gone through. I have elderly parents and this sort of bullying behaviour to intimidate them is not acceptable. I had a curtain guy on site at the time who was taking measurements and noticed the bullying going on. The lovely guy offered to stick around and help as he could see the three men intimidating two elderly people and two girls. Stay away from this company! They are bullies and I will be filing an official complaint!!!!

Brilliant experience I had with this company. Mo Alty got my table top done in a week. It came with such a good quality. Marvellous service from the team. I will definitely recommend this company to all.

Still waiting since December for them to rectify a problem with worktop but now they choose not to answer calls.Probably best avoid if you can.

I never bother leaving reviews. However this is a special one. We ordered, were given a lead time of around a week, that kept getting pushed back due to ‘damaged goods’ and all sorts of excuses which pushed back our kitchen project a month. They came to fit and none of it fitted correctly. They took it out and came to re measure again. Twice. Came back. Did a pretty good job just 6 weeks later than we wanted and even supplied a plumber as our plumber wasn’t available for weeks as our dates kept moving. Their plumber we suspect damaged the gas hob so he couldn’t fit it on the day. He didn’t want to be there. A week or so later our downstairs neighbour sends us a photo of their ceiling which is water damaged. The tap system he has fitted has been leaking for some time. Within a week or so of fitting. We paid full amount and were pretty reasonable but still got absolutely shafted by these cowboys. Now blocked my number. Please do not use.

I would just like to leave a review as I believe that the service that had been offered to me by worktops pro was just amazing. I was helped by one of the directors, Mo Al Tay, when I needed help and he was able to answer any questions that I had. The fitting of the worktop was brilliant with no errors and it was done quite quickly which was handy to me as a busy man. They also cleaned up after themselves which saved me and my wife great hassle. Would 100% recommend if your looking to get your kitchen done

Very impressed with the service that was offered by the staff at worktops pro. I sent Mo the measurements of my kitchen on Tuesday and they were able to fit it in on Friday which I was pleased with and the also offered a great after service. They cleaned up after and Mo Altay would answer any questions that i had.Great service and would 100% recommended

Mo Alty had a brilliant idea around my house like an architect he told me what to do what not to do . He chose a white marble worktop that was 7 m long and 2 m wide , this allowed me to save money and make life much easier for myselfMany thinks Mo

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Khlida, she ensured I was entirely happy with all the dimensions and the type of granite worktops I needed to match an island.
