Xianhong Sichuan Cuisine in Wulanchabu Shi
Privilege
I got a spicy beef and vegetable dish. It tasted like stew and the only vegetable I found in it was onion! Will definitely not return! I gave one star as the girl that served me was very pleasant 😊
MoreThe food is really good. They do hot pot and lots of Chinese special dishes. I would highly recommend
MoreExcellent food reasonably priced and Chinese customers around (always a good sign!). Attentive service. I recommend black fungus with coriander dish as well as lotus root and other delicacies. Make sure you leave the tip in cash straight in to the waitress hand.
Moredelicious food, and great service , very clean. Couldn’t resist to go back two days in a row . Love it .
MoreThe lady owner was rude. She explicitly said that they only give cash discount to chinese customer and not foreigner. She also got frustrated and raised her voice when the customer didn’t understand her question.
MoreI work at deliveroo i arrived at this chinese restaurant and i was treated very badly i was asked to wait in the street is a woman with horrible yellow teeth started yelling at me for no reason.
MoreFriendly service before order,Ignoring us after eat.Such a good service (^ω^)
It’s the best Chinese restaurant I’ve ever tasted in London. The hostess is so warm-hearted to introduce your delicious food they have. Please must try the gongbao chicken.
MoreThe best Sichuan restaurant ! I have been going there for 3 years since moving to London, my fav dishes are on the photo here ❤️ pig ears, pickles & fish soup; cold roasted aubergine & chilly and tofu
MoreWent here for my Nephews graduation dinner. The company fantastic the food not so much. Portions were generous but taste was not top notch for me. Everyone enjoyed the occasion but the food was not nice. Such a shame as the staff were friendly.
MoreThe Tsing Tao could be a bit colder.But...The Tian Fu special braised beef tastes like heaven.I literally closed my eyes in pleasure tasting it.The music 🎼 is lovely l, peaceful and Chinese. The staff is five stars polite and ten stars to them as I missed a proper mannered staff that just make you feel as their respected customer. They offer forks and stuff, but I would not profane such delicious food with anything other than chopsticks.I can still feel the PERFECT BEEF TASTE IN MY MOUTH.THEIR SPECIALITY BEEF IS LEGEND❤️.You can bu budget rice here, but whats the point if the food is just great. Also:The place has barely any people inside.💯/💯TOTALLY UNDERESTIMATED CHINESE PEARL.
MoreI’m not much into spicy food but I decided I wanted to get outside of my comfort zone. This place was close and it seemed good so I went a head and took a chance. Gotta say, this is one of the nicest restaurants I’ve ever been too. Very authentic and everyone was super accommodating and nice. If you’re not into spicy food, might not be the place for you but otherwise highly recommend.
MoreAmazing food and really friendly staff.I am enjoying eating there. Definitely recommended. Really tasty and reasonable priceEspecially you have to try Hot Pot buffet.I will be back with my friends to show them this amazing place
MoreVery nice Sichuan Chinese restaurant - good food, nice friendly staff, good prices. Had a nice hot pot, very good value.
MoreExcellent menu, well cooked with prompt and friendly service. Highly recommended and worth seeking out if you happen to be in Westfield.
MoreCame in and asked if my 5 year old could use the toilet. Two staff members told me it was OUT OF ORDER. My partner walked back in and asked where the toilet was where a waitress guided him in the direction of the loo. DISPICABLE INHUMANE behaviour towards a CHILD. We were actually planning on dining in after but after that DISGUSTING attitude and their filthy toilets we would never consider such a place. Sad there are people so nasty in this world especially towards a child!!!!
MoreTerrible food and rude staffThe staff were very rude and hostile. We were celebrating a birthday so had 10 people on the table 3 of us wanted hot pots the rest wanted other stuff from the meu. The staff there said that if we were to get a hot pot no one else on the table could try it and we had three of them stand by our tables like body guards making sure only the people that ordered the hot pot ate from it. On top of that I brought cakes they were meant to be a surprise! I came half an hour before my booking to ask them to light it and bring it for my guests- they agreed after all its a basic request! I told them again just before we finished up and instead they just brought the cakes in the bags I had brought them in. I dont usually leave reviews but I have never had such a hostile experience at any restaurant the food was horrible as well you could get better chinese from your local take out! The restaurant was empty when I initially arrived and all the staff were sitting down chatting on tables which should have been a sign to be honest it was empty for a reason.
MoreFood was testy and not greasy. Staff are friendly. We had a nice weekend dinner there.
MoreThe spicy fried beef (not sure if this is the exact namewas SO tasty I’ve never had anything like it! The staff member were really nice and accommodating when we had 2 small children. Definitely would recommend
MoreLove the prawn chow mein, my fave. Menu is enormous which does make one question how much of it is fresh. I’ve ate in and ordered takeaway. Prawn chowmein comes in preheated container with plastic paper you rip ontop, which shows it is not made to order - still does not effect quality. Some food is not a good as others. But overall satisfying. I go regularly. Kind staff.
MoreI’ve been ordering from Tian Fu a few times before and the dishes all very good. But don’t try their hotpot. All the ingredients are frozen and not fresh even the veggies, fungus, and mushroom. And The table service are very bad. They were watching you to eat the whole time and kept reminding you not too waste any food. We finished all the food we ordered. When we were about to leave, I started to feel stomachache. Very bad stomachache. After that, I never go to the restaurant again.
MoreGood food, arrived lightning fast. The sauces had sank to the bottom so had to mix it around a bit. Cold noodles are the best Ive had, could have used a little more spices in the dry wok.
MoreVery good and delicious food.
Absolutely fantastic!! I had the pork belly (picturedand my boyfriend had the Gong Boa Chicken with peanuts. Best Sichuan I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.
MoreThe food was absolutely delicious and everyone was so kind. The best duck in spicy sauce Ive ever had! Cant recommend this place enough <3 Also, Im on a gluten free and dairy free diet because of intolerances - no problems there either and Im feeling great.
MoreWe 4 pax went to all you can eat hot pot, we all 4 got stomache the next morning. there were some strange taste for some of their foods, esp the so called "fresh beef". the only good thing is the sichuan soup
MoreSome of the best Sichuan food in London. Friendly, helpful staff. A great experience.
MoreLovely place to visit with friends and family. We went there for hotpot and the place did not disappoint. In addition, lovely range of Szechuan dishes in the menu. The place was clean and tidy, and the staff of the place are super friendly and attentive. Won’t disappoint, I recommend!
MoreThe place to be, when you are craving for some Sichuan cuisine. The food is rather consistent. You can come here for hot pot too. Delicious spicy food.
MoreFresh but oily food and the prices are expensive for the area. The fish special we ordered while delicious it was far too oily and spicy than needed. Fish it’s grilled but pointless if basked in a heavy chilli oil soup. The seating is spacious and clean. Staff service was average and but the friendliness could be better. I didn’t feel as comfortable as I should considering spending money to eat. It will be my first and last visit.
MoreHearty, wholesome and value for money. This is a true gem in what can sometimes be a very overcrowded and flat dining scene in Shepherds Bush.Unassuming, it is almost out of sight between the Westfield Shopping Centre and Shepherds Bush Green. We were greeted by possibly the happiest man on the planet, who showed us to our seat and made us feel incredibly welcome. As we weren’t wanting a large meal, we shared Dim Sum and Crispy Duck. All food tasted fresh to order, with the distinct lack of Grease you tend to find in other Chinese restaurants in the area.Crispy Duck was succulent, with a great homemade Hoisin Sauce on the side.Best Part: the Price. Will become a favourite of mine!
MoreGreat price and lots to chose from. I like coming here and there isn’t a rush to leave. Came at 20:30 on a Saturday and it was perfect. Happy to go back.
MoreA little gem situated right next door to Westfield Shopping Centre, the service was fantastic, the food yummy. Reasonably priced. Atmosphere was lovely, ideal enough to being a date or just out with friends and family.
MoreWhen we first saw the restaurant we laughed and thought just another Chinees restaurant...but when we went for diner it was Amazing good. Our friend is indian but speaks mandarin and ordered some different dishes, legendary tofu, spicey slighes pork and sea baars. The fish was absolutly stunningly good. Keep up the good work and i will are you during my next visit!
MoreOne of my absolute favourite Chinese restaurants in London. This is a Sithuan style restaurant and they do a great hot pot
MoreDelicious food. Service was not great as it was busy but this gem for authentic Szechuan cuisine is definitely a must try. Make a reservation otherwise it’s difficult to get a table as it’s very busy.
MoreAuthentic Szechuan cuisine. Very efficient service and staffs are friendly. They also do hot pot which is a great option for a cold winter night!
MoreNice place. Food is good apart from the ribs. The ribs was dry and hard. The chicken in bamboo shoots and chilli oil was nice. Good service nice people. Very busy for dinner.
MoreExcellent and reasonably priced hot pot with real sichuan spices. 23£ per person AYCE gives you a great selection of ingredients and an authentic hot pot experience.
MoreAbsolutely awesome place to visit. Authentic dishes in a calm and clean environment. Good for groups too.We have tried the spicy and chicken soup hot pot , ordered the weirdest items we could find on the list and loved every moment of cooking , anticipating and tasting . If your not keen on unusual foods I would recommend the tender beef , ham and chicken all delicious cooked in the soup .Before we went there I have read the reviews, and have to say PEOPLE there is nothing wrong with the service ,stop being so sensitive! We have experienced just the right amount of attendance , all staff members friendly and helpful. Great experience with a moderate price point. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance , however the toilet facilities are downstairs with no other access.
MoreWent to Tian Fu on Sunday evening, was not too busy, we got a table quickly. All waiters were chinese. I wanted table water, was served a bottle instead. Fair enough people doing business. Had sour spicy sichuan style soup. Tasted exactly like in china! Tumbs up for that!!! Prices bit dear. Won tong soup with 4 dumplings 4.20gbp?!?! Insane! I guess a good deal is hot pot, 20GBP per head, eat ad much ad u want, but I missed this offer. Will come back to try it out next time
MoreFantastically authentic Sichuan cuisine. If youre not used to eating real Chinese food and real Chinese service this probably isnt the place for you. The steamed sea bass we had covered in tofu, bamboo, mountains of chilies and Sichuan peppercorns by the bucket load was marvelous. Id certainly recommend it. I see a few reviews regarding the level of service, Im afraid thats what makes it better!
MoreI’ve gone three times now and never has it disappointed. Friendly staff who get you a table even if you haven’t made a reservation on a busy Saturday evening! The food is delicious and you leave a very happy customer.
MoreNice place to have real chinese food. Good service and friendly staff. To say something I dont like, the decoration seems to be a bit old. Anyway: Recommended!
MoreI always come and eat here when I visit Westfield.I usually order hot pot but this time we were able to order a la carte menu. The good thing is they have pictures for most of the menu so you actually know what youre getting.Taste and presentation are just ok. You get what you pay for.
MoreAuthentic si Chuan food at reasonable prices! The portions are huge and if youre feeling overwhelmed by the dishes on the menu, the friendly waiters will help you out! Will definitely be back to try more dishes
MoreThis place is very popular with Chinese customer because the food is quite authentic. They also offer all you can eat hot pot and overall service is fast and efficient. Not for everyone but if you like more authentic Chinese then I would recommend it!
MoreThe signature dishes are authentic, consistent and tasty! Fish in chilli oil, double cooked pork are your safe bet! It has a pretty good all you can eat hot pot buffet too at £20/head. Decor is the area to improve.
MoreA bit hit-and-miss w the dishes — some things are top notch (水煮鱼), others a bit less so. But find the good dishes and youll keep coming back. We do.
MoreExcellent authentic Chinese food. Great portion size. Very friendly staff as well. I had a slow cooked pork belly dish and it literally melted in my mouth. Would definitely recommend!
