A local business with affordable, expert personal service! The stylists really understand hair, and can design a cut based on texture, facial shape, etc. Charla has been cutting/styling my moms (and myhair since the late 80s! So she really knows her stuff. She also does custom coloring and is one of the rare people who can still do perms. :)
