Zipcar in King County

Cars are consistently dirty. One rental wouldnt unlock, even with the card. Despite spending 30 on the phone trying to get it fixed, still had to call twice the next day to get full refund. Customer service is unhelpful. App will return no results if searching for something close to any address, nearby or actual zip car address is the only choice to search for. App wants far more authorizations then normal. Enter date of birth to start app, enter date of birth again to rent car, now verify email to rent car... All from the same device Ive always used. In summary, I HATE Zipcar but dont cancel because occasionally I have a real need and want a reservation. After this rental Ill be evaluating if the much higher prices from Enterprise are worth being able to ditch ZipCar forever.
