Went through this carwash a week ago and Devin helped get my truck taken care of. Super professional, I’ll be back.
Dryers do not do a good job of blowing water off of car and vacuums are lousy. They need additional staff to make sure equipment is working and clean up around the area. Until they manage better, I will be going to Clean Getaway. 11-5-22 update. I figured I would give the place another try since its close to my house and I would like to like to use local businesses....but. again, the vacuum parts are missing and the lot was filthy. Go to another carwash until this owner gets his act together.
All the right side of the vacuums have no hoses except for two spots. The hoses I used on the left side - neither had the nozzles to suction anything up.
Seun was super helpful and patient. I received great customer service and am excited for my new membership.
Got here 8 on the dot and these 2 people were here on point and sold my wife a membership. Their pitch was too good to pass on.The new site manager seems better than the last so we will give this place our money and time ! Will be returning especially with this awesome manager that’s so informing
I come in at least once a week to wash my vehicles and 2 weeks ago I had an issue where I locked myself and all my personal belongs inside my car with me of course outside. Devyn was courtesy to allow me a chance to use a phone to call my insurance so that I could get back into my car and on my way. I have respect for all the positive energy that he is putting into the overall car wash as a whole. Thank you Devyn!

Somehow got signed up for a subscription when I used my card for a regular wash. I’m not saying I couldn’t have accidentally subscribed but it’s highly unlikely I would choose to pay $35/mo to a drive through car wash. Use caution.
Horrible car wash.My car came out of there soaked wet. My car also had soap all over it. None of the vacuums worked. I needed a car wash after their car wash.
The new site manager is awesome.Devyn is what we needed instead of the guy that looked like Mr clean

I have been going to Zips since they opened in Mansfield. There was a time when it was pretty great except for the back of the vehicles where the rollers cant reach. Yesterday I went to wash my Tahoe but the wash did not seem to be working correctly as it didnt dispense water other than at the beginning of the wash so I went around a second time. The second time around, I tell the young man that I need to go through again as the wash didnt dispense water after the initial soap. He shrugs his shoulders and says to go in again. Halfway through the wash the tracks stopped moving so my vehicle was stopped in the middle of the wash but there was a vehicle moving behind me that ended up hitting me 3 times. I kept honking the horn and tapping the breaks hoping they could see I wasnt moving so that maybe they could hit their breaks. I couldnt see if there was a vehicle behind them or not. Eventually the tracks started back up so I went around to inform the attendant on duty what had just happened & she called her manager to inform. The damage is minor but it needs to be fixed (hitch cover). Today the manager calls me to let me know that Zip would not be covering the damage claiming that the tracks stopped because I hit my breaks. I asked him to turn up the audio so he could hear that I was honking and tapping my breaks to get the attendants attention. The manager maintained that it was all my fault. That I stopped the tracks by hitting the breaks and will not take care of my vehicles damages. Time to call the attorney!!!
To start they have customer service and guys it’s a automatic car wash you will see some Texas mosquitos after the wash don’t panic get a microfiber towel and remove it .For the money it’s awesome some people want a Deatil job for a car wash cost doesn’t work like that people .I’ll go back and definitely spend my money their .Now the one in Mansfield stay out !!!!!!
Decent car wash and vacs, but often long wait times due to malfunctioning gates and understaffed when the gates don’t work.

Only about 20-25% of thier vacuums work. Owners or mangers should get this fixed. Considering cancelling my membership if they dont fix soon. Clean Get-Away off of 360 and Broad seems to be a good alternative option.
How are your payment kiosks ALWAYS broken? Everytime I go I get told itll take 30 minutes to reset the internet just to accept payment. Get it together, its embarrassing.
When I go after 4:00 is not too busy, the vacuums work well too.Edit *I had to drop a star because some vacuums were either not working or barely working, I had to find another parking spot once I realized they were not working.
Why are you guys tryna charge my card? Scammers ? I have never singed up for your monthly charges and I used this car wash once. It wasn’t good, it was the worst car wash I had. Stop trying to charge my card!
Every time I come in each of my 3 vehicles, I can never enter cash wash with my Zips Tag!!!!!! However, I pay $35 per month for each vehicle! It’s killing me and no one can help other than giving me a QR code to reach help, TO NO AVAIL!!!!
Waited 30 minutes for the this place to open only for the point of sale machines to be down. Worked fine if you had a subscription to their monthly service but not if you just wanted to make a single one time purchase.
Ive been using Zips for a while now and it has had its good and bad times but overall its been good ..I have noticed the guys spraying off the cars going in doesnt do a very good job that really is the reason I go to zips because the car wash doesnt hit my car in those places.i even used to tip the guys and still they dont spray it right .so now I dont tip and spin that money at a selfservice car wash before going to Zips.
Didnt provide any details on how to pull your vehicle in, where to stop at for car wash to start to wash your car. The first time I went thru it didnt start the washing process, so loss the $7 I had paid went thru again, then it worked and normally you get free vacuum, but they charge a $1 for that.
I will not be returning to this car wash. When I went for my first car wash, I was told I could get a month of car washes for $15. He did NOT say it would auto-renew monthly at $20. I called when the $20 charge showed up a month later (without my consentto get it refunded and cancelled, and it took a 9 minute phone call and they were only going to issue a partial refund of $10 until I made sure it would be for the full $20. I will not be visiting another zips car wash again, I do not appreciate or agree with their dishonesty and aggressive sales tactics.
Im never going anywhere else. I got thier membership on a special for $15 1st month, normally $35. Not only do they have the free vacuums but they have rags, and window/surface cleaner you can use for free too. I was going to a different place and spending about $20 each week. Im more than satisfied paying $35 per month vs the $80 I was paying
Im paying for the $35.00 months service but only 80% of the services are available majority of the time.. Im not getting all that i pay for. The final waxs works 80%. The tire shine 30% and its 40% on working vacuums. You have my name and my location is 76063.
Car wash is ok (didnt wash some bird **** on my window so that was discouraging)not many working vacuums; I got a monthly membership there a few months ago - it has been very difficult to cancel
Their car wash broke my rear windshield wiper. They replaced the wiper but didnt put it on. It took 3 weeks just to get a rear windshield wiper from them.
Zips Little Rd/20.Usually the employees at the beginning of the car wash pay attention to your position driving in. They keep you in the yellow lines and are friendly enough. Yesterday afternoon 7/6 a gentleman was too busy playing on his phone to really pay attention that we had pulled up. We sat there waiting for him to look up from his phone to guide us into the yellow lines/tire track. When he finally looked up and started to guide us he rolled his eyes because apparently ‘we’ were taking too long. Then he waved his hand feverishly to guide us in while rolling his eyes again because we were taking our time. I was waiting for him to guide me on the track, most employees will tell you to go ‘left or right or straight and you’re on track’. Please up train your employees to pay attention to tires going into the yellow lines and tire track as a first priority. Your employees need to realize not everyone enjoys the car wash experience, that the extra noise, lights and environment is already anxiety inducing the whole time through. Starting the car wash off with an employee with attitude doesn’t help. This is not the first encounter with this employee who was less than thrilled to be there.Also this locations dryers are wayyy too strong. Please lower them to a more appropriate speed. Similar to how the Debbie lane Mansfield location is.
Recently went through and my vehicle was coated with a greasy substance after coming out of the wash that took quite a bite of time for me to have to clean off after paying for the vehicle to have been cleaned to begin with. Both vacuums on either side I parked between were also barely functioning and I had to move spots.All this after a basic wash at $10, which already seems high. Im extremely disappointed and feel as though it was a total waste of money. I do not recommend this car wash.
Ive used this car wash with a subscription, and cancelled the services in March 22. There has not been a charge on my card from them until July 5th on another card I used for a one time service two months ago and they kept my card info and renewed the subscription without my permission onto my debit card I used one time two months ago!This is pathetic and you all are some theives and should be shut down! I will never go to a zips in life! Theft, these are scammers and do not get their subscription or better yet be cautious of using and debit/ credit cards there, my info was stored and used without authorization and I will act on it!
Price is reasonable. Carwash is decent. Dry off and vacuum areas are good. Things to watch - they dont spray off both sides of the car before the wash. Claim OSHA says they cant cross over the track. Well, thet sure can walk around it and get noth sides. Hard on your paint when the wash scrubs up against the dirt vs prerinsing it off first. Hopefully there are plenty of towels available to dry and wipe off your car. Ask if there arent any and they will give you some. The tire cleaner/shine roller on both sides recently broken down for over a month. Just saw it work yesterday. Hit or miss. HNging cloth straps dont always work and some are missing. Timing off on start and finish rinses. Attention to detail needs some work, but when they are on they are great!
Avoid… I stopped here because I was on my way to Burleson… the wash left soap and water spots on my brand new car all around… the wash also left my right rear view mirror tilted forward all the way. You also have to click through several options just to get to the TEN DOLLAR BASIC wash. I didn’t take photos of the aftermath because I was in a hurry and it was 102 degrees outside. I went back to my usual spot today at Carnation and had it done right for $8. I also signed up for Carnation’s $20/month for unlimited washes WITH a towel dry every time. Do better and learn from your competitor Zips!!!!
There has been alot of times that I go and its not working. I sometimes feel that I am paying to much and not getting to use it when I need it or as much as I would like to. It needs to quit breaking down so much. They are always working on it.
I signed up for the monthly unlimited wash plan. I would love it for the convenience and that I keep my cleaner than I might otherwise, but the vacuums work effectively about one out every 3 or 4 visits. Its disappointing and I will probably cancel the membership as a result. Just seems like I am paying for something I am not getting.
All the systems don’t work when going through wash. Today, even the person who usually Pre-Washes the vehicle when entering failed to use the wand to do this service. The water nets failed to work. The air dryer did not dry the vehicle very well.
I used to have a membership here, but I was not able to continue as the hours theyre open just did not work with my schedule. But, their staff is always amazing, and the car wash itself does a really good job for a decent price, and the vacuum cleaner afterwards works great. Very pleased with this car wash

The wash job sucks. The price is now $10 and the vacuums never seem to work. Its sad because Ive been coming here for years. Zips has been going down hill and I will not be coming back ever again.
I have a membership and get my car washed a couple of times during the week right now due to the pollen. I have a SUV, I would give a 5 star rating but for some reason I always end up with a strip on the back of my car that does not get washed. The people that design the machines need to understand that most car manufactures make only SUVs and pickups. The machines need to be setup to wash the entire vehicle. Im sure there is a engineer out there that can do that.
Me and my wife both visited this location sometime in January on different occasions with 2 different vehicles.We both had the same experience. Went to pay and an attendant came out to help and was pushy about the monthly membership we both stated no only a single wash and then the attendant asked for our card. Come to find out the following month we both were charged for a monthly membership. Talked to a manger, tried to call customer service and sent and email to customer service. No one knows why we got set up for memberships on 2 separate occasions! This doesn’t seem accidental. No we are out 70$ From the monthly charges and we have no been back since January. If you visit here just pay cash so they don’t get you’re credit card info.
4/7/22 UPDATEThe staff is super friendly. They seem to have fixed several things. Gets the car clean. Nice to just wash off the road grime. If youre wanting professional do it yourself. This is quick and cheap and does a good job. Surprisingly the pricing which has stayed mostly the same, makes sense to buy a monthly deal. Its cheaper and if you use it at least twice its a great deal. I just wish the did a household deal like getting a membership card vs a sticker per car. That way I could put all my cars under one. Could do rates per car.Original ReviewIts a decent car wash. It gets my car mostly clean and the free vacuums are good as long as you dont get one of the busted ones. This was a bit better before it became zips but theyve done an okay job. The one thing I hate is the push for monthly service. Why is everything moving to a monthly service so they can offer discounts but keep charging when you forget or are away. Hello to the new Netflix of car washes.
Love them! I wish they would spray the car a little bit better and be sure the system knows what kind of wash you’re paying for I’ve have ceramic and tires everytime but I don’t always get that wash when I go through but other than that the team is great! Manager is great! I love them
Wish I could have given a zero star rating. This is the worst carwash around. Our vehicle was damaged by their machines 6 weeks ago and we still cant get in contact with anyone. Every time I go by the carwash Im told the manager is out. Ive called the only number available online and theres an automated message saying the phone service is down. Our insurance provided cant even get ahold of anyone. The damage caused to our vehicle is 100% their fault and they refuse to take responsibility for it. We will never use this carwash again and I hope anyone who reads this review decides not to, as well.
I come here for a car wash all the time they are so convenient and the membership makes it easy to just drive through on your way to run your other errands! Staff are always friendly and helpful! My son also loves using the vacuums to help clean out the car!
I could not rate zero stars, but that’s what this should be. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIPS HERE. I went for a simple wash, and the employee convinced me to sign up for the wash club promotion which was $10/month for first three months cancel at any time. I would have to call customer service to manage my membership or cancel. I went online and submitted the request to manage my membership, I called several times and It takes you to leave a message Every time, no one ever answers or returns the call. The physical car wash locations phone is never answered as well and the mailbox is always full for member services. I have been trying to contact them since the end of November 2021 with no answer or call back or email back. ITS JANUARY. I went back to the car wash a few weeks ago to ask someone there and he told me “yeah we don’t even have a way to contact corporate for you. Yes everyone has that problem getting in touch with them all I can tell you to do is keep calling them, because they’re very busy, and we don’t have the ability to cancel memberships here, but what I would do if I were you is call your bank and have them do a stop payment and future payments.” So you mean to tell me you can sign people up but you cannot cancel anyones membership? And customer service “is always busy” to assist anyone with anything? That seems pretty fraudulent to me and a great way to get and keep peoples money since you are automatically billed each month. I have never seen such a map practice in my life. Disgusting.
Prices raised with less service. After going thru there was still surface dirt, wipeable with your finger. The passenger side was horrible and I was told safety they can’t pre-treat that side. Tailgate was covered in surface dirt after 2 passes and they wouldn’t do anything but say “your on your own”. Don’t waist your hard earned money there services.
Pretty good place. A good wash when the front end guy does his or her job and gives the back end some attention. The vacuuming area is clean and always works.On average it is one of the better washs you will get in the Mansfield area.
