Worst service provider. They just want money and nothing else. No customer care. Email is just formality, you will never get a reply. I booked a cab, returned it 15 min late, they charge me Rs300. Next time when I booked a cab, I received it 1 hr late, they dont want to compensate in any manner. Disgusting!!

My experience with zoom car (Booking id: JPS699EN5 (car No. DL2CBC8686and JPS699YLT (car no: HR51BN2101)is very bad. I was unable to start the trip as I couldnt find the car at the location provided by them. The customer support was not there at all. This issue is still unresolved and there is no reponse from them despite multiple queries.

Bakwaas, inefficient, bekaar, without car, Zoomcar..!!Zoomcar is running a scam more than a car rental service. They book the cars on their app and just an hour or even less before delivery time they call up to say they are out of cars. Its better to boycott such platforms who repeatedly let you down. Its not a service deficiency but a model that is built to charge for bookings, hold the money for a few days and then return it and wash their hands off. Well, your hands are full of inconvenienced customers losing on time, energy, and money for the interim, Zoomcar.

We spend 2 hrs trying to unclock a car we booked.The application was unable to unlock car & call center nu ber could not be reached.Since now we do not have a peraon who gives habdover of the vehicle we waistes 2 hrs under scortching heat whne finally local person who has contracted the vehicle came in wandering why the car was not taken.
