I attended a loved one’s service at Zumbrun Funeral Home and was impressed with the facility, staff, and services rendered. Our family has used Zumbrun for many years and I can remember going to services here even as a child. The building has been kept beautiful over the years and has an appropriate mix of modern updates and traditional touches. It is very clear that the staff have pride in their facility, everything is maintained and cleaned well. They serve their community well. As a mortician myself, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who should find themselves in need.

My father recently passed away during stage 2 of the pandemic. I called both funeral homes located in Eldersburg and after speaking with both I choose Zumbrun and when I arrived for the start of the viewing I realized I made the best choice for my father. The room was large which allowed room for social distancing, the casket was exactly and I choose and Dad was looking excellent. Zumbrun allowed two viewing which the other funeral was not allowing Clearly Zumbrun handle the entire process with dignity and respect and was extremely helpful through the entire process. I was sorry to loose my Dad and I was great full to work with Jeff Zumbrun through this difficult process.

zumbrun is my favourite guy, if my grandpa died in sykesville i would take him to zumbrun as he would of done for me.

Jeff Zumbrun is a master of his craft. Every detail -- large or small -- is important to Jeff. My parents pre-planned all of their memorial details with Jeff. This was a family affair -- not a business affair. Everything was warm and kind and absolutely perfect because JEFF IS THE BEST!!!
