A friendly place to rent.

The refused to rent to me said ide been evicted from a place I never lived. Ive never been evicted from any where I owned my home till it burned down

I have rented from Zuspann rental for a year now. Very friendly and quick to respond on repairs.

Very slow to respond to work orders if at all. Seems like a serious lack of inner office comuncation. Would not recommend

Honestly, I have to admit Zuspann is such an awesome guy, hes super flexible, respectable and reasonable. If you make a mistake just act like an adult and speak to him, hes so tolerant, forgiving and understanding. Zuspann is awesome! He will work with you if needed and hes a great landlord.

People there make you feel like family. Love it.

Hard to get things fixed

A decent place to rent from but if something breaks they hardly will ever fix anything for you

Been renting from them for over three years we had some issues here and there. Their times for repairs and our ideas of what is acceptable times not always matching. However today my family came back from a 3 night vacation. We found that our ac was out and I called the emergency number and the owner answered. The whole time he complained about us leaving the cat in a house for three days without ac. We didnt leave the cat knowing that the ac we complained about two weeks ago would finally give up the ghost while we were out of town. He said whoever was watching our rental should have called and we are at fault because we didnt call during the week. His professionalism was lacking and after he kept interrupting me to tell me how I failed at informing him properly I asked him his name and he said he was the owner. That was truly disappointing we still have many issues with the unit that they are not in any hurry to address and without a written way to contact staff they seem to forget about our issues until they cant ignore them. I would raise this review if the owner would apologize for being both unprofessional and disrespectful to me on the phone. This is the first time calling the emergency number. We dont try to inconvenience them but this is an emergency that we didnt have any control over . Guess two weeks ago I should have just let the hvac guy show up instead of letting him know about the ac kicking back on.

For the most part, we are taken care of when we make a request. They are very understanding, in certain situations. The most important thing I learned about the company is.... always stay in contact with them, if you have an issue, let them know. Dont ignore their attempts to get a hold of you....it is so much easier to talk to them, than to not.

He needs to take care of his renters, especially ones that have lived there so many years! The roof leaks in several spots and roaches are terrible!

Bed bugs and way to much violence especially if you are white. Its a very criminal and drug ridden place and the landlord is in on it

They are great except the 48hr notice postings. Thats not agreeable.

Joe is a good guy. He will work with you if needed. And the maintenances teams are awesome.but the office ladys they just keep units rented.

Let me start off with dont rent from them slumlords I lived in one of his properties for 2 years hot water heater went out water gushing under the house takes him five days to get somebody out to look at it comes out shut my water off leaves it that way 5 days 6 days mind you this is three months ago gives me 20 day vacate notice 20 days were not up yet I had property still in that house he turns around and rents it to somebo else with my property in that house thats the type of people they are he claims to be a Christian that is a wolf in sheeps clothing run from that the stars are for what hes going to see after I take him to court and sue him

Took 2 1/2 months to get us a new fridge, everything we had in there went bad. Called multiple times and it took my mom getting aggressive with them before we got a new one. Now our heat isn’t working and their maintenance guy told the landlord he was here for 4 hours fixing it!! I was home all day and he never showed. We’re still waiting for someone to show and I’ve got a 3month old baby here. Space heaters only do so much and make my bills higher!

Great people! No matter what day or time, they always take care of any problem we have had. They do not put into categories are actually take the time to get to know you and your individual situation.

Very nice staff, very pleasant and efficient great service, very flexible and friendly, willing to work with you, nice properties, and have many options for paying rent and security deposits. This was my first experience with Zuspann Rentals and based on my initial experience it wont be my last.

Joe was so professional and we found a house in 1day.

They take their time fixing things you can only expect what the boss puts up with, it starts with them first and The landlord doesnt care either if I could give no stars I wouldve done that DONT RENT FROM THEM!!!!

My car was shot at while living at one of their rentals. If u want to live in a ghetto environment and get riped off these r the perfect rentals. shady and unprofessional landlord...drunk employees fighting with residence captured in videos posted online. Not to mention no one in the office knows whats going on with anything so no point in asking for help because everyones clueless. Half the time they cant even reach their boss. I will not be recommending these rentals to anyone in the future. But would be more then happy to redirect them elsewhere. 🚫

Nice folks

Shady company. They lie about everything and cannot tell the truth. They harassed me, went into my apartment broke my things, messed up the bathroom, left the toliet seat up. Got the new neighbor to harass me for posting a bad review, gave me a late charge when I had paid rent 3 days prior. I know Mr zuspann is one.of the only ones who does section 8, but it is worth paying more and not having to deal with his companys lies and ways.
